Roses Discount Store — Local services in Elizabeth City

I visited the Edenton NC store first, my mom wanted to go to the Elizabeth City store which was 1 hour more away but to please my mom I went there. My husband and I had to use the restroom after the long drive. When we go to the restroom they was out of order and there was someone serving them which was ok. I saw an employee and asked her did she know how long did she think they would be out of service. She said she didn’t know but there was restrooms in the back. So I said ok she told me where to go let me remind you I didn’t know there was other restrooms unless an employee told me. Well I went to the restroom in the bad thinking it’s ok because an employee told me it’s was ok. Well was I wrong when I came out there was two black women standing there looking at me say to me these restrooms are not for customers who told you to come back here. She was hateful and disrespectful as hell. I kept my kool grabbed my mom left the store without spending a dime. I saw at least $2-4 hundred dollars of merchandise that I wanted but this unprofessional bad attitude, untrained, disrespectful person blew it. I love Roses I love shopping there but I will not get treated this way by no one to spend my money. The store is beautiful guys they remodeled it and it’s awesome. Usually I love shopping here! But the other day I went there and was looking at some items in store and when I moved the store employee started huffing and puffing and slamming the items back in place. I didn’t even move the items off the same shelf where they were placed already, and she acted like I went over to the shelf and moved everything, or unorganized everything in that area. She clearly wanted to make me feel uncomfortable as a customer and all I wanted to do is leave everything in my cart and go somewhere else to shop. Need to train the employees on good customer service, or you will lose business, just saying. Very disappointed by how this store is managed. Store hours say from 8am to 10pm on Sundays. I drove here thinking they would be open. Tried calling, no answer, went to the door and still locked at 830. If you can't be to work like you advertise find someone who can. Change your store hours online or post something on your store or even answering machine. Don't leave your customers guessing of left out in the cold wasting fuel.i am very disappointed about the professional atmosphere at this location and I will contact the corporate office....
