Burger King. Have it your way? NOT AT ALL! I have never, in my life, been to such a stingy place in my life. On September 15th at approx 6pm, I went to get two whoppers at the drive thru. I was handed my order and asked for mayonnaise packets and they put it in the bag. I looked and they didn't give me enough. I asked for two more, and they said they ran out. I highly believed they were lying so I parked and went inside to see a manager. They said they did have more mayonnaise packets and I asked for the manager to complain that her employees lied to a customer. When I told her and asked for two mayonnaise packets, the manager herself told me "NO". I have never in my 20 years have been denied condiments at ANY fast food restaurant until this day. Coming from Burger King's famous slogan "have it your way", this was laughable to beyond measures. Here I am 9 days later still upset about this. The ONLY reason I went today was because I happened to be passing a McDonalds on the way there and I went inside and received two mayonnaise packets without purchase. Read moreLocation was not that busy, yet there were so many employees running around inside. Maybe they had just had a rush, not sure. The McDonald's down the street was slammed, which is why we kept moving and opted for Burger King because we were in a hurry and didn't want to wait. Hence the name, "fast" food. We ordered, paid, and waited. A different lady came up to the drive through and was essentially trying to have us pay for the order behind us because we had already paid. Not sure if it was shift change time or not, but we were being handled by another lady and this one clearly didn't know what was going on. When we got our order, we drove off (mistakenly). Ended up having to turn around and go back because we never got straws, sauces or one of the burgers. Ended up going inside for that, again, they didn't seem busy but there were so many employees all over the place scrambling around the drive through area. Read moreI had a DoorDash order to pick up for somebody. And the lady Amanda was rude and very nasty. Lack’s people skills and proper customer service. When I got to the counter she asked to see my DoorDash order on my phone, which I then showed her. I waited 10 plus minutes and everyone got their food and even the DoorDash lady that came in after me. I walk back up to the counter, she asks what I’m waiting on. I said DoorDash for so and so. She asked to look at my phone again, I showed it to her and told her I had previously already done so. She proceeded to be rude and saying sly remarks under her breath. My boyfriend walks in to see what’s taking so long and stands next to me. She gives him the dirtiest look and says can I help you in a horrible disrespectful tone. And started mouthing off at us. This lady AMANDA needs to be reprimanded for her behavior. I hope her higher ups see this. Cause this is not someone that should be serving people and this establishment....
