If I can give zero stars I would. I have given this Chick-fil-A many opportunities to prove that they aren’t the worst Chick-fil-A ever, but to no avail. I moved to Elizabeth City in 2020. My first experience at this Chick-fil-A my food wasn’t ready when I got to the window. I had to join several others waiting in a parking lot for my food after being in the drive through line for 15-20 minutes. The next time I went, a mother with kids in the car picked up her food from the door( when this was an option). Her drink carrier broke and her milkshake and drink fell on the ground. The molotes asked a manager if he could replace them and the manager said no. “ since you took them outside, there is nothing I can do. I stood up for her and let him know she needed to have her drinks replaced due to their drink carrier breaking, beyond that it is the right thing to do as a human and especially one working in customer service. Next visit I placed a $100 catering order. They had me tell them a pick up time. When I arrived, I had to wait 45 minutes past my pick up time for my food. Most recently, you can no longer pick up your food curbside or at the door if you place a mobile order. I placed an order for chicken nuggets. I had to wait in the drive thru line for 45 minutes. When I brought it to their attention I was told they are understaffed. I have never seen the “operator” in the building. I have never received anything but excuses from her and management regarding why this particular Chick-fil-A sucks so bad. Our family will no longer be supporting this Chick-fil-A and will instead drive the hour to the next closest one in Chesapeake. If we have to wait an hour anyway, we may as well be moving. Shelia Meadows needs to get her team together, fix their staffing issues and be more present to apologize for the lack of customer service and efficiency. The excuses get old after the 4-5...

Every chick fil A I have ever been to across the country sells chicken nuggets for breakfast with hashbrowns instead of fries bc obviously the fryer can't accommodate both for breakfast. I get that . But this location teller me chicken nuggets are not possible. Chicken Minis are sold though? Hmm. Chicken minis without the mini rolls? No sir we can't do that Seriously though. This just makes me laugh
No nuggets for breakfast? No Deal .
UPDATE: .So I talked to the franchise owner Juan and that was a joke. "My business my rules". He said he does not allow chicken minis to be sold without rolls bc then they would be nuggets and nuggets are available during lunch hours only. Told me to take my business elsewhere and he will continue to provide excellent service with excellent pay.
This is so ridiculous it's actually funny. I asked if I ordered chicken sandwich at lunch without the rolls if I would be served and he promised I would not because all items are to be sold as listed on the menu. No exceptions

Repeated problems with long waiting lines, 20 minutes just to get to the speaker or the person they have outside on the tablet, workers unmotivated to work, and managers that are rude and have a "holier than thou" attitude. We did a mobile order to redeem a bunch of points and somewhere between the mobile order being completed and getting around to the register, the order was changed and they tried to charge us for a meal that we did not order. So instead of redeeming points, they tried to charge us for the food. Then the manager on duty tried to say that orders can't be changed on the tablet and she wanted to act like I was an idiot when I was the one who had to explain our order SIX TIMES. And then she still tried to NOT give us food that we ordered and was supposed to be redeemed with points. She tried to make it seem like she was doing a "favor" by giving me the rest of the food we ordered. We WILL be calling corporate for the rude and disrespectful manager and for them trying to charge us for food that was supposed to be redeemed...
