Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Elizabeth City

Extremely crappy service. I was there before their Friday rush for 3, 3 meat pizzas. The girl said it would be about ten minutes wait. At the 15 minute point I asked if they were ready and she said "If they were ready I would have already heard them call order up." I reminded her that she said it would be a 10 minute wait and it was already 15 and she said, "10 minutes, 15 minutes, they'll be up soon." Five minutes later another customer who ordered after me was complaining about the wait and I pointed out to him I had been waiting longer and told him they were slow today. The girl said "We're not slow, were busy." During my wait I saw many times that the people preparing the pizza would stop what they were doing and chit chat. At the 30 minute point a different girl came to me and offered a free pizza on my next visit. I told her no, that I just wanted my pizza and I wouldn't be back. The manager came over and told me that the problem was they gave away one of my pizzas and my new third one had just been put in the oven. She offered two free pizzas on my next visit. I told her there was no excuse for that and that they lost a customer. Finally after more than a 35 minute wait, the gave me 2 pizzas that had been sitting out for a while plus a fresh one. I know that we are now in NC so I must make allowances for the intelligence level (or lack thereof) the employees but this is ridiculous. My BF and his friend walked in and asked for a large hot n ready pepperoni pizza. The woman told him it would be 10 minutes because they were busy. They decided to wait and 3 minutes or so later the woman hands them a box. They knew it looked wrong but never wanting to make a scene they just left. Turns out she gave then=m the deep dish combo pizza for one and didn't even bother to give them the soda. The girls working the front counter sure do not care about customer service. I went in with my 80 year old grandmother to pick up an order we placed at 5pm- it is now 6pm and the regular cheese and pepperoni pizzas we ordered “weren’t ready”- meanwhile, multiple people walked in and picked up the exact same pizzas with no order. The girl did not care one bit that we were waiting and the one young boy kept apologizing and finally asked why nobody had given us a pizza—grabbed a couple pizzas, handed them to us and said he was sorry. Ridiculous… that kid had more brains than the other 11 people in the whole building. I probably will not order from here...
