Iâm honestly disappointed that Iâm even leaving a review right now. If i could leave 0 stars i would. Before you buy here, please consider this before even thinking of giving these people your money.
Itâs unfortunate because I previously purchased from them in 2020 and the experience was absolutely horrible. I shouldâve not expected any less.
I made an order over a month and a half ago, I was told my delivery would take two weeks which at the time I was ok with.
After the two weeks I went into the store and was told my delivery was delayed as per usual. Which is weird because every other furniture store in the area had what I ordered for immediate delivery.
After the two weeks i continued to go in weekly and was continuously told my order was backed up. After a month I went in and said I wanted my money back..
I was told by this man, to please be patient that on Friday (it was Monday) i would get my order.
I trusted him and ofcourse that was a lie.
Friday comes and itâs the end of the day I have yet to receive a call from anyone about a delivery. So I go in personally to the store.
I asked where is my delivery⊠itâs Friday. This man had the audacity to look me in my face and say âyou didnât see the truck outside ? They have your mirror, theyâre on their way to deliver it to youâ
I was confused, but I believed him. So I went home and waited hours for this delivery. Mind you they never pick up the phone, so the fact that I called and they answered was insane because hours passed , and this man answers and says â they havenât delivered it yet ? â as if they ever were.
I tell him to please let me know if the delivery was going to happen or not so I wouldnât stay home waiting for something that was never going to arrive. He said to please be patient that the delivery was on its way, that was a lie.
The next day, i go in AGAIN. I tell him that I want my money back. He says Iâm sorry I donât know what happened yesterday but we have the mirror here just please give me time and Iâll get it to you by Monday. He shows me the box with my âmirrorâ inside of it.
Once again i trust him.
Monday comes and nothing.
I go in and tell the different man there whatâs going on and he tells me he doesnât have instructions to give anything to anyone. He tells me to come back on Tuesday because the person in charge of all that will be there.
I go back Tuesday, again this is the man thatâs been lying to me this entire time. I walk in and he says the delivery drivers are out doing deliveries. I said OK I didnât ask you about that. I want my mirror. Iâm here to take the mirror. He goes to open the box and confirms if thatâs my order âŠ. ITS THE WRONG MIRROR.
All this and not even what I ordered over a month and a half ago ?!
At that point Iâm fed up. I said give me my money back. Iâm over it. I didnât want to argue , ask questions, Iâm over it.
Itâs now Thursday and IM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND.
Please beware , this place is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, NOT PUNCTUAL AT ALL, THEY LIE ABOUT DELIVERIES AND TIME FRAMES.
I promise you can get the same pieces for probably less money at other locations that wonât lie and take months.
You couldnât even pay me to buy absolutely anything here...

I had originally asked a Full size bed and changed it to Queen because the lady said it's no extra cost and not a problem at all since I still haven't received it. I paid for my bed (cash) August 6, the lady told me it would be delivered the following Friday August 10. It is now September 10 and I am still waiting on the to be delivered. They have told me many different stories about the delivery date. They tell me that they don't have the bed, they can't find it, that it's out of stock everywhere and they also keep telling me it'll be delivered in 3-4 days. They do not want to reimburse me because my order for the bed was a layaway. At this point they assure me I will not find the bed anywhere else, they will not return my money or give me what I paid for. She says it's my fault for changing the bed's size. She wanted to give a bed that was on the floor I paid about $645 for a bed, I expect it to be brand new from box not a floor sample. I ended up ordering the bed directly from Ashley Furniture on September 4th and received it today September 10th, therefore there is something shady with Yadis Furniture, THEY HAVE BEEN LYING TO ME FOR A WHOLE MONTH AND PLAYING WITH MY TIME THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY. I was also lied about the finish material on the chest.
I am also waiting for 2 nightstands I ordered from them, which they won't remove from my finance account balance! The "delivery coordinator guy" is super rude and sarcastic. I was "helped" by Elizabeth at the Union City location & the other lady at Elizabeth.

I paid for a specific table and chair set and received the table with no chairs. When I called to figure out what happened the sales woman told me that they were damaged when they came in to the warehouse that it would be 2 weeks before I got them. I waited and nothing came in. Called and they said they where stuck in shipping from the country of origin and hadnât shipped yet. I told them I had been using folding chairs this whole time and I was having a family dinner and couldnât have people sitting on plastic chairs so they offered these other chairs that didnât match the table until the ones I paid for came in. I figured at least that would help short term and accepted. I was guaranteed that they would come in no later than an additional month and nothing came in. I was so disappointed I told them I wanted to return the table since I paid for something that I never received and neither the sales woman nor the owner wanted to give me what I paid for or refund me. I have never received the right chairs and still have these ugly chairs that donât match the table. Scam artists to the fullest.
