Royal Palace — Restaurant in Elizabeth

I am a long-time customer, I always ordered my food there, but today I ordered normal, but the food came out poorly cooked, the chicken and the Happy Family were raw. But it's okay, these are things that happen. so I called to let know so they told me a second later someone called me and told me that he could help me, I explained to him and he told me that he would give me my money back, I told him no, that I was a business owner, I don't want that, just that things like that don't happen, my son was eating, it would hurt him and the person apologized and told me that well he would return the money, I insisted no but okay then the delivery man called me, he came TO MY HOUSE TO YELL AND INSULT ME TELLING ME THAT I WAS A LIAR, HE LOOKED AT THE FOOD IN THE TRASH AND WAS ABUSIVE AND THROWN MONEY AT ME, I WASN'T LOOKING FOR PROBLEMS OR MONEY, I JUST WANTED TO LET YOU KNOW BECAUSE IT'S UGLY TO HAVE TO BE OPEN AT NIGHT AND TO HAVE THE FOOD LEFT BADLY COOKED AND YOU PAY FOR THAT BUT...

WE TRIED THIS RESTAURANT and I agree the chicken is really fresh and taste great,fried just right. Only issue? The lady on the phone I can barely understand her, she was attempting to charge my brother in E-Town his wife and kids,and my kids and myself, the other day like an extra $ for 10 soy sauce? SMH she finally realize we were not going to go through with order and she said,"Ok, I give you seven smh" How cheap,other places where I live in Rahway/Linden,NJ (have much fam there too) don't charge for soy sauce! That was weird. She then again give us seven,and we had some at home anyhow." But beside that? The pepper steak/beef was delish!

This is the best chinese food I have ever ate in my whole entire life, if you’re starving of hunger, please come here, food is simply delectable and savory goodness, prices are simply great and they give you so much food and I love that, I will never be moving out of elizabeth because of this spot, this spot cures my hunger and brings me tons of peace that I never knew could even happen, i love food i love chinese food i love everything, get fried rice with the fried chicken with some crab RANGOONSSSS so GOOD trust me, please never ever close I will literally go in-front of the restaurant and chant until it reopens and the day I die, thank you. I love your chinese food....
