H1 — Local services in Elizabeth

A HUGE shout out to H1 for getting us into the truck we so desperately needed! After texting about the truck, we drove out to Elizabeth from Denver and met with Sydney about an hour before they closed. Sydney is a genuinely kind and caring person with a bubbly personality. We currently don’t have the best credit, and even though H1 doesn’t offer in house financing they went above and beyond by connecting us with another local dealership that was willing to buy the truck and helped us set up financing and a warranty. They were honest and transparent about a crash and subsequent repair the truck went through, and even included brand new tires in the deal since the tires on the truck needed to be replaced soon. Overall, they turned a possibly stressful situation into a pleasant experience and were extremely professional. Sorry this team will do all the leg work to make you believe you purchased something to travel 7 hours with a truck and trailer to then just sell it out from under you, when your an hour away from picking it up. Even when they sent you a bill of sale. Do not waste your time, they knew i was on my way, but still decided to say one thing and do another...

I Talked to them from the time they opened at 9:06am to get a full price to pay them and told them i was on my way to pick it up, at 9:16am i told them i would be paying over half in cash and asked if i could do a bank transfer or check for the remaning balance, at 10:32am my bank asked for a a purchase order to have the loan go threw before I got there , and just recived...
