Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer — Local services in Elk City

I was with cricket wireless when they first opened in Tulsa when I moved to elk City I went to straight talk and have been miserable for 5 years with their service I don't know why it took me so long to switch back but cricket is even better than it ever was and the store in elk City has the most pleasant helpful staff that I've ever experienced in any carriers sites and I've been to all of them I seem to be very clumsy and break a lot of phones thank you cricket saving my life and my parents was I got them phones too through cricket convince them cricket was better than straight talk and there so happy and wish they would have switched a long time ago they're in their 80s and straight talk was cutting off their phone every 2 weeks and I'd have to be on the phone with him for hours it's ridiculous go cricket take all the straight talk customers...

Website says open drove all the way up there 25 mins before five and they where closed.....well upgraded phone w cricket here in my town and added protection plan and months later seen they put protection on wrong dam phone lady that did the upgrade is a so called manager went up there to speak w her and was rude and disrespectful from jump called cricket 1-800 no help there called next town over and had to do my Business w them and was told by them they get complaints all time about this so called manager ,still lost money for paying for a protection plan on a 6s iphone when i was paying for a iphone 11 to be coverages ,good dam management...

Absolutely recommend going to this store. Elk city location is amazing. The 2 girls. Caitlyn & Ashlyn are outstanding and provide the best customer service. They dont just try to sell you service that isnt what it is supposed to be. They actually want you to be provided with what they would want personally. Very awesome and amazing. Dont sell yourself short and go somewhere else. I absoulutely suggest going to these to ladys for phones and service. My word you wont...
