Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Elk City

Went inside the pickup order, and my order apparently was given to the wrong customer through the drive-thru. Asked to wait for the other to be remade. Spent 20 minutes watching staff pick noses and touch food and serving items. Finally, my order was complete. The guy that was mopping brought my order to the front and started to open the box. I asked him to please not to do it until he washed his hands. After this wonderful experience, I should have let the mopping guy open it because the sauce was wrong inside. This place is one health violation after another. Service is terrible. They should hire this crew at NASA, nothing but rocket scientist working. Never going back.. Would give negative stars...

UPDATE.. 9/21/22

Ordered a supreme pizza, cheese bread & wings for dinner. While I understand inflation has hit everyone hard I find it unforgivable to charge extra for changes to your pizza, which was taking items off a specialty pizza, and actually send this to that same customer! When you cannot put enough items on a pizza to make it look appealing but charge extra for it, that shows that this is a company that apparently only cares about the money and not about customer satisfaction. I'm not asking for the moon but for a pizza that actually has items on it! (FYI.. I wasn't home when this arrived, so unfortunately they had already started on it before I could do...

It was great yesterday, what happened today!

Yesterday I called n the guy was great giggled with me n everything. Today I called again and the lady said phone number please I told her I had a new phone n don't know the number. Plus I was staying at motel 6. She said she couldn't take my order without a number. I told the guy yesterday did it n she said I don't think so we don't take orders without them.
