Broadway Flowers — Local services in Elk City

If I could rate this place a ZERO I would. This is the second time we have used them and it will be the last time. My husband ordered a TROPICAL flower arrangement for my 40th birthday. What they made for a “tropical” arrangement was 3 yellow roses, 1 yellow Lilly and some greenery all in a $3 Walmart vase. My husband was furious when I got home and he saw the little non tropical arrangement and what $50 got him at Broadway Flowers. At Hyltons Flowers their flower arrangements for $50 are twice that size. I should know... Jimmies the best there!! My husband and I travel internationally several times a year and there was nothing tropical about my arrangement. Sometimes, when you have no forethought, if you connect with the right business, last minute ideas (or deadlines) can be pulled off. My one and only has a birthday. She lives two hours away and I'm hoping she has a real nice birthday then realize I have not done anything to contribute to her having a real nice birthday. Angst & panic. So.....got on the internet found and called Broadway Flowers with a last minute order and needed delivery within 30-45 minutes (she was at work and would get off soon). I wanted her to receive the flowers in front of co-workers so that she could gain their envy (disclaimer - they all love each other where she works) and convince them I'm actually a good feller. If I could give them a zero I would.i was charged 123.00 for a 35.00 vase and arrangement the flowers were wrong also,they left them on our porch instead of knocking or ringing doorbell, they had two contact numbers both were home at the time no contact,the wind is blowing in hammon and our arrangement sat there for four hours.when we called to check on delivery is when we discovered they were left.then discovered the terrible arrangement we were given.i complained to owner she wanted to argue tired of people robbing us ,we trusted her to give 123.00 d9llars worth of product,robbed us and defended herself.just don't understand these...
