Elk Vape and Tobacco ( Has DRIVE THRU ) — Local services in Elk City

I go in on Labor Day simply to buy a battery for my cartridges since I happened to lose my others. When I arrive home I try and try to get this pen to fire up and nothing, cool! I've spent 40 bucks on something that's not working and not helping me with my anxiety and stress, perfect. Today, the very next day I try to exchange this 40 dollar crap battery. The young lady behind the drive through window explains that she's going to call the other store to head that way and they'll take care of me, we'll they did indeed! The not so gentleman behind the drive throw window showed me some options, only to try and sell me another unit for another 25 bucks. I explained that the math didn't make sense! I've already paid 40 bucks for one that didn't work right out of the freaking box. I explained that I was ok with the one he showed me but, why did I have to pay anything when you guys should be refunding me the difference, since they wanted to give me a 30 percent discount on the other unit( as a favor to me) making it about 25 bucks. The kid behind the counter got upset and tells me he's not going to entertain this any longer and closes the window on me with the battery that I had bought at the other store still on the counter! I sit there waiting for him to return to get my battery back. Finally he returns and tells me if I'm not going to leave he's going to call the cops. I tell him to please do so we could get this settled. I tell him you closed the window and walked away with my battery still on the counter. he hands me my crappy not working battery. He stands there looking at me, I say great, now can we exchange it for something off equal or lesser value? I'm told that's what the boss offered and that's it. I'm like what? 30% of another unit? "So you want me to buy another one?" I ask if he can call the boss but am told he want going to call him and was met with more of the same UN helpful negative attitude and Tells me he's going to call the police and shuts the window and walks away. As I'm sitting there a couple walks by and enters the establishment. I can see the working speaking in a very unprofessional manner and I notice the kid in the shop is now making a point to learn and look at my directions, why not be friendly, the guy behind the counter is obviously talking snack,I wave hello and it enrages the would-be shopper. I can see him getting all excited, I show tha submissions and throw up my hands, as to say, "o sorry, your not friendly,. The young man (child) starts coming at my vehicles shouting obscenities and wanting to fight. At this point I'm locked in andcan't get out of my door because I'm in the drive through and he's at my passenger window, and my children are in the back seat. I call the police at this time due to the events outside my window and the failure of Elk City Vapes to handle a very simple exchange. I will be going to the Better Business Bureau with this. Your employees seem not to be trained in handling something a simple as an exchange and created an extremely violent and dangerous atmosphere. My children were in the vehicle and someone could've been seriously hurt. I'll be sure to stay away from your stores. I've been banned because I refused to be victimize. Y'all owe...

Great place, only had one bad experience and it was due to lack of good service from a lady who was there working. My first experience was AWSOME I think it was the owner who served me , he was great but the woman was very short and annoyed at my questions and acted as if I was annoying her!
