We just ordered 4 beefy frito burritos. Asked for them to be grilled. She said "okay, yeah we can grill them." When we got them, all four were not grilled, and they were missing the nacho cheese. How hard is it to get an order right? we were the only people in the drive through and it was after midnight so they weren't busy at all. So we went back. I parked the car and tried to walk in but it was locked, so I went to the drive-thru window and the girl just looked at me and didn't even acknowledge I was there. She just walked back to her machine and started entering in stuff. If someone walks up to your drive thru window holding up a bag of taco Bell food, obviously it's a pissed customer and they should be given your full attention. After about 2 minutes of waiting at the drive through window, she opened the window to give someone their food and I explained to her what my order was. So she told me to get in the drive thru again. So then i had to wait another 10 minutes behind 2 or 3 other cards to get my order. This is after driving six minutes home and six minutes back, mind you. she also didn't say sorry. Didn't give anything for free to make up for our trouble. Didnt offer a refund. Nothing. I used to work in fast food and that would never fly with us. Read moreThe sign on the door say for take and delivery only so we went in with the intention of ordering our food and leaving. Before we ordered the cashier stated orders were to go only i told him we seen the sign and a wanted our food to go just didn't want to go thru the drive thru because they alway forget part of our order after placing the order we got our drinks stood for 5minutes and decided to sit because it was taken a while about 8minutes in to waiting for our order the cashier comes to where we are sitting and again tell us you can't eat here you have to take your food to go i told him we knew that before walking in and also from when he told us before we even ordered!!!and explained we wanted to sit because our order had already taken over 8 minutes to be ready and he simply said well as long as you understand and walked away. 10 minutes later our order was ready i went to pick it up and checked it they forgot a few items again so I waited another 2 minutes while my husband took our young daughter to the car before we were only again reminded we weren't welcome to stay again . I given this place 3 chances I WILL NOT BE RETURNING HERE...
