Verizon — Local services in Elk City

So i cancled my entire services with Verizon which is an Iphone, Mifi, and Ipad. Come to find out 2 months later when i finally turned my ipad on it had a full service with an entire new phone number that i never set up or gave them permission to. They cannot explain how it even happened but were charging me for 2 months for a plan i never made with them. Now they want to send us and hour and a half away to a corporate location to figure out what all is going on. This location made a whole unlimited plan and brand new phone number i never seen before on my ipad without any of my permission but cant help you with ANYTHING. This location is very untrustworthy i don't understand how i can go into the store and tell them i am cancelling everything and come to find out i have a new number and plan attached to my ipad without any knowledge but wont help me at all and are sending me to corporate. I highly recommend you dont do business with Verizon let alone this location in Elk City. Go do business with AT&T thats where i went and they havent made a new plan with a new number behind my back so i trust them way more. Just save yourself the trouble and dont do business with this...

Walked in asking for help on my Samsung Galaxy 5 note. I made a comment that the Galxay 9 note was really expensive 988.00) was expensive just to have a pencil on board and she just blasted out, "then don't buy one." I had not ment it for anything other thatn a thought out loud. She continued to be rude in answering my comments, telling me I just needed tobuy a new phone and that my phone was just onld and outdated. She would not even look at it to see if ther battery was bad of the phone. I told her that I was going to take it to a local computer store and she bad mouth them. Made negative remarks about my age (senior citizen) and my knowledge of cell phones. That is not professional to badmouth other local businesses. My visit was May 21, 2019 at 4:30. Will now do business on line or go to Altus. I have been doing business at this office for 7 years...

Super impressed today! Accidentally ran over my I-phone 13pro max at work today, rushed to our Elk City ok Vorizon store at 5pm to wiegh my options as this phone is only 90 days old an I did NOT opt for the insurance plan 😣Harliegh was quick to make my delima as painless as possible. Rather than make the best possible commissions on sales, she suggested we use the $35 upgrade option on my wife’s phone so long story short in 30ish minutes she saved us about $700 an we were on our way with a new 14 max!
