I try to leave great reviews, but I honestly can't leave a great review on the quality and taste of the sausage I bought. I paid over $20 bucks for two packs of sausage and I was truly disappointed. The first pack was just regular pork sausage and it was just horrible! Besides it tasting old, it had no flavor whatsoever like a good pork sausage should. No expiration date either! I fed most of it to the dumpster after eating a piece. The second pack of sausage was a smoked pork sausage made in Louisiana, and although it was better than the other sausage it's taste and texture wasn't satisfying. It also seemed old and out of date. I'm leaving 4 stars reluctantly because I feel y'all have a good thing going and if y'all could just have fresher meats with packaging dates that'd be nice. Maybe consider purchasing Conecuh sausage from Alabama and you'll have a customer for life! They have the best!...

New cajun food shop is awesome. The name is also Le Marche. Have everything from seasons to gumbo, sauces. Also have seasoned steaks, tuna, shrimp and a bunch of other meats. I come here weekly and don't plan on stopping...
