Edit: So I did reach out to the owner(s) and spoke to two different people. One said he was the owner with his dad and the lady said she was a manager. The male was friendly but did not want to take ownership of this construction failure. Kept saying that people (Elk City folks, this is you!) keep hitting them and that's why they are there. Obviously, people around the US can enter these without hitting them WITHOUT the oversized barricades but, I digress. The lady, on the otherhand, was quite rude and unsympathetic. Neither one wanted to do anything to solve it, which would be to re-design the approach angles and remove the oversized, misplaced metal protection frames. I'll not visit this location, EVER, and hope others will stay away. They obviously need new managers and owners with a compassionate side to treat all customers with respect. So, all of the stalls have had the menu screens modified with a squared, steel frame to protect the screens. The problem: the approach and departure angle has been changed so that some stalls are much more difficult to enter/depart from. Manager was much more concerned about his screens vs having the stalls angled properly. Visitor, beware. I won't visit this store again as long as the yellow steel...
   Read moreJuly 3rd, 2022. Ordered a $27.00 order. In this order we’re 2 orders of opinion rings, the app doesn’t tell you when you order something that they are out of that item. Got there and told them I had a mobile order. Got to the window and picked it up and was checking my bag and there were no onion rings. I asked the young lady about it, she went to check and came back and stated they were out but Sonic would refund my money. A couple weeks went by and I hadn’t received an email and went back to check on it and the manager stated that comes from corporate and they take about a month to refund. Well it is now August 12. It has been 5 weeks, still no refund. So my point if this post is to warn you, if you order and pay through the app and they don’t have that item better try taking something else because chances are you will never get your money back. Terrible employees, terrible service, terrible management, and the food is also terrible. I love sonic but unfortunately I can't even bare to eat at the sonic in the town I work in because everything about this place is absolute garbage from the service to the food. I places a mobile order and I had to wait for it, it was supposed to be a 5 piece chicken strip and they only gave me 3, when I pulled up I asked for gravy for my chicken strip and instead they charged me .33 cents to put cream in my tea which i absolutely didn't ask for who put cream in tea?!?!
