This was going to be my second order with Pinmart, the first went well but this second order was a nightmare. To start, the first quote I received was $4.68 per pin on an order of 500 pins. We paid approximately $1.55 per pin for our first order 3 months ago so needless to say I was shocked. I called to speak with my sales rep Julia and was given no explanation for the major discrepancy in pricing but she said she's look into it. I then received a new quote for $1.25 per pin but again no explanation for why the original quote was so high. I went ahead and asked for a mockup so we could move the order forward. The first mockup was horrible. The colors were way off and the detail of the artwork was extremely poor. Keep in mind I had received a mockup of this very same pin from Pinmart last year that was lightyears better so I knew they were capable of a more detailed rendering of my design. I then had to go through the trouble of providing PMS colors myself and send them the original mockup from last year to ask for a more detailed rendering. The second mockup I received was terrible as well. Even with me supplying the PMS codes the colors looked way off and the detail I asked for on one component of the design didn't change at all. They did make another element more detailed AND WANTED TO CHARGE ME AN EXTRA $200 TO IMPLEMENT IT. At this point I had had enough and emailed my rep to cancel my order. I was surprised when she emailed me back to confirm it was canceled without even asking why. I have since contacted several other pin manufacturers and so far I'm having an infinitely better experience in terms of both pricing and quality of...

items are affordable. As a Buff Bus Driver for the University of Colorado Boulder I have daily communication with hundreds of students, faculty, and staff at the School. My US Lapel Pin Flag was mentioned almost daily by students from all over the world that like it,My Brother Robert John O'Connell was a Military Veteran (Air Force) of Vietnam and died unexpectedly Friday the 13th of September. The only American Flag I had was my lapel pin. I was proud to pull of my hat and rest it on his Military White Granite Tombstone at Fort Logan National cemetery in Denver,Colorado. Bobby as I called him was 76 and I am 72. I could not afford a flag so I gave from my heart knowing he would be just as happy with a pin I wore daily at the University, that brought many conversations from students that will form our future. Sincerely, Ron Knight of Fort...
Read moreNavigation through the choices was easy. I found what I wanted. Placed it in the cart added my information for the credit card for billing, shipping and delivery. Received an email with confirmation of my order. I ordered 2 pins and they were delivered in less than 10 days by mail. The pins were bubble wrap. It was 2 ATTITUDE pins.
I purchased them, one for me and one for my brother-in-law. He gave me his personal pin 3 years ago for my birthday in recognition of my ATTITUDE of how I am coping with a neurodegenerative disease. He said that I always had a "positive attitude.” I lost my pin in the wash and wanted to replace it. Also there is a Commemoration coming up for him soon, so I want to replace the pin he gave me for my birthday. It will be a surprise for him. The Commemoration is also on my birthday too! I still have a POSITIVE ATTITUDE. Wrapped and secure. PINMART has...
