You could find a hundred other reviews on how they do great work and have great prices ect ect. but a recent experience I had there truly shows the quality of work that they do with their service.
To put their service department in a nutshell, they do great work! And if something goes wrong they WILL fix it and make something better out of it. There is service, and then there is The Toy Shop level of service.

I bought my 2013 Ninja 650 around 2 years ago and have brought it into TTS countless times to get work done, and it has always been a positive experience. Recently though I thought that I had my first bad experience as I got a new headlight bulb installed, and when I got the bike back the front turn signal was out of its socket dangling by my front forks. After calling in and explaining the situation, they took the bike in again the next day and took a look at it immediately. After some confusion as to what happened between the techs, the figured out that the turn signal fell out due to a poor installation of a LED kit that was put on by the previous owner. Instead of charging me for putting the bulb back in or just telling me it wasn't them, they explained the situation in a very professional manner and made it right by putting the bulb back in and securing my fairing better than how I had brought it to them.
Another experience I had with them was a few months back at the start of the riding season when they were going through a total remodel, getting a new POS system and were getting swamped with riders in the beginning of the season. They still managed to get me in in a timely manner but because of the new POS system, they unfortunately forgot to wash my bike. I purchased myself a $30 wash, and after realizing the mistake, they washed my bike the same day, same hour, and gave me a $100 equivalent. Even when nothing is in their favor to go right, they find a way to make it right.
All in all The Toy Shop and their service goes above the expected standard which is incredibly hard to find anywhere around here.
They have done more than prove themselves as a good dealer, they proved themselves as the...

Upon seeing the review Mike, the owner, reached out desiring to make things right. The Ducati went back to The Toy Shop. Greg and Steve worked tirelessly to remedy the issues, and things are looking much better! I have the bike back now, and things are much better, but I've been told if any issues remain they will continue the work to make things right.
A+ for the customer service, and thank you!

I recently had my Ducati at the Toy Shop for a valve adjustment. I couldn't be more displeased with the experience.
1st, they had my motorcycle for 38 days. It took way too long. It was 16 days before they got far enough into it to be able to start talking about ordering parts. This was after my talking to them on a Saturday and being told they could get to it Wednesday or Thursday.
The cost of the job ended up being significantly higher than it was supposed to be, both based on what I had been told by the service rep, as well as based on a quote from the Ducati dealer.
When I picked up my motorcycle, on the ride home it was regularly misfiring. I took it for a longer ride the next day just to confirm the behavior, and give the bike a chance to fully warm up. No change, there's a very distinct and quite regular misfire.
I was taking some of the body panels off the bike so I could hook up a computer to it and see if it was throwing any codes or indicators of where the problem was. In the midst of taking the body panels off I found a retainer broken, and others missing.
I cannot recommend the Toy Shop. I'm now in the position of trying to find someone who can fix the misfire for me, and losing yet more of the...
Read moreCame across The Toy Shop & Motolounge after they posted a mint condition 2003 Suzuki GSX-R600 on a popular motorcycle classified ad website. I emailed them and received a response from the owner, Mike, within 24 hours. He answered all my questions and was able to FaceTime with me to look over the motorcycle, go over its history, inform me of all the work they had performed and what still needed to be done. After agreeing on a price, Laura was pleasant to deal with regarding the paperwork. Being multiple states away, they made the process easy and as care-free as possible. Eventually the deal was done and a shipper took custody of the motorcycle and it is en route to me as we speak. Whether you are in the local area or out-of-state, the staff at The Toy Shop & Motolounge are there to take care of you as a customer! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the market for a great condition used metric or American motorcycle, parts, accessories, or apparel. They are a first-rate team running a smooth operation. ...
