Burger King — Restaurant in Elk Grove Township

My husband and I stopped here for a quick lunch following a rather traumatic event. We waited quite a long time for our food. It seemed as if one very stressed man was taking care of all the orders and the people in back had no idea what they were doing. The gentleman in front of us got his food after ours and probably waited more than 25 minutes for a fast food restaurant food meal!

We were given cops to serve ourselves drinks, there was none of the listed flavored lemonade available from the machine, there was no ice in the machine, most people were standing in front of the machine quizzically wondering how to get beverages from it. It was not an intuitive machine in any way.

When I asked the gentleman at the front desk if I could please have some ice he took my cop and ran to the back of the store to fill it with ice. As we were leaving, about 20 minutes after we got our food someone finally was pouring ice into the top of the machine, but nothing was done about the unavailability of the listed lemonades.

Most of the people waiting in line were very frustrated and a few people left. My husband and I said we would not eat there again.

This place either needs to hire more people or to train their staff better. It appeared that one or two gentlemen we're doing all the work! Not a good place to get fast food. Particularly if...

I should've know better by now than to go to this location, this Burger King is not up to standard with the rest. I used the drive thru service. When I drove up to the window to receive my food, I realized my order on the receipt was incorrect. I notified the lady at the window of the mistake; I had ordered a Whopper MEAL not the sandwich alone. She proceeded to hand me the bag with the incorrect order with a blank expression, completely ignoring me (a paying customer). I reiterated to her the order was incorrect, so she proceeded to close the window on me and walk away. I guess this Burger King's slogan is "Have it THEIR way" and/or the AI who handed me the order malfunctioned. I would've inconvenienced them and their customers by staying at the window and waiting until they had to tend to me, but I realized they had no other customers clamoring to this location (for good reason) and I had no time to be waiting around. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. P.S. They never have their promotional stuff on time like the other Burger Kings in the area, so I had to use a filter to try to make my Whopper buns look red like the...

Worst place ever! My friends and I went through the drive thru at night and waited at the speaker for a good 3 minutes. No response. We assumed they were closed, so we pulled up to the window to see the cashier talking with a customer while he waited for his food. So then as we are slightly puzzled, we see a lady preparing the food with a working headset on state at us. Finally when we get to the window after a long wait, the guy says super loudly, "Another one! Another one!" and THEN he acknowledges us and asks how he can help us? It was quite demeaning and totally uncalled for. We just wanted a simple chicken sandwich and a cup of water. He seemed like he was on some sort of illegal influence and being completely radical and unprofessional, yelling random things and talking very erratically. We felt very uncomfortable. He didn't say anything to us when we said thank you, and he kept taking orders while we waited, so why didn't he take ours even when we said hello at the speaker?
