We purchased the Bingen reclining sofa and loveseat. The couch and love seat, I give 5 stars. They are comfortable, stylish, and easy to recline/sit up in. However we had a terrible experience with the delivery and with Ashley HomeStores.
Pre-delivery: This was a back-ordered item that had a 6 month range of delivery (which is fine). There was no communication that a delivery date had been set until we got a notification that there was an earlier delivery date than that schedule available. News to us that there was a delivery date, but we were able to reschedule the delivery to a convenient date.
Delivery: We were given a 4 hour window of delivery (again, fine) but the delivery was 1.5 hours later than that window. When we called at the end of the 4 hour window, they were completely unhelpful other than to say they were on delivery #4 and we were #6. The customer service person was completely unsympathetic and had a "what do you want me to do about it" attitude. We paid $199 for a "hassle free delivery" where they would bring the couch & loveseat into the house, set them up, and remove packing materials. The two delivery personnel were unexperienced and could not figure out how to get the items into the house. My husband ended up having to go out and do the work of getting the loveseat into the house. They also did not have the proper tools to complete removal of the packaging material. There were pieces of plywood bolted to the base to reduce scratches & steady the items in transit that were ultimately left on the couches. The delivery personnel did not even know what size socket wrench was needed to remove the plywood, so I had to go to Home Depot and buy a socket wrench set to finish removing the sharp plywood that stuck out from the base of the couch & loveseat.
Post-Delivery: I called Ashley to let them know of our experience and requested a refund of the delivery fee of $199 for the efforts we had to go through, to which they said they would submit the information to their remediation department (I don't recall the actual name of the department, but something to this effect) and I would hear back from them in 24-48 hours. A week later I had to call them, got a reply that the remediation department should have called me back but did not and that they were going to offer me a discount on my next purchase instead (never shopping here again, so a worthless offer), got passed around to multiple departments, was hung up on multiple times without call-back, and ended up talking to more than half-a-dozen people. Of the $199 refund requested, they applied $96 and I asked them to resubmit the request to the remediation department. They said they would and that the remediation department would get back to me in 72 hours. It has been a week and a half. I have yet to EVER hear from the remediation department. If you go into a store and can take the furniture home with you at the time, great - the items are awesome. If you need anything shipped, DO NOT BUY...

We made a mistake in our own measurements and was able to call them and make changes to our order the very same day with no hassle and no issues. We got a custom-made sectional, custom size and orientation, chose the fabric, color, and pillows! They delivered the sectional two weeks ahead of schedule, within the time-frame given and the delivery guys even took our old couch away for reasonable fee (and they too were wearing masks and very carefully in our house). We actually looked at sectionals at Costco, Wayfair and a couple other places, but they didn't have exactly what we were looking for. Read moreWe were at big lots in the same parking lot as ashlyn looking for a tv stand for our 55" tv, during covid we moved and we had to put our furniture together, it was extremely exhausting. Big lots had tv stand for sale,but the boxes were too big for our car and we had to put one together. As we walked to CVS to get measuring tape to measure the box. We ran into this furniture store. Ironically, this place has more reasonable tv stand than big lots,also we got a great deal on delivery with assembly. When brought in the men were pleasant, however,they didn't have masks on.
