Went in to have a 24k bail fused back on because a small piece broke and he charged me $90 lol at that time I could have bought a gram of gold for that price. Then I asked for an offer of a 18k gold chain that was 20.5 grams. He assumed I had it for a long time or something because he said “ since u had it for a while u make a lil more money back so I’ll give u $400. I said never mind and went straight to gold USA in south Sacramento and asked for an offer and they said “ will u take 1000 even? I said yes in a quickness. This guy over charges for repairs and offer u couple hundred dollars for 18k gold lol. And this offer was from the older guy which is the dad . He did do a good job fixing my bail off of my other necklace though. I ain’t never going back there again. Especially I’m Asian, I thought he would of given me a reasonable offer considering it...

I have now gone in and worked with this Shop on two different occasions. First one was for a necklace around Christmas time. My wife absolutely loved it. Today we went and had her ring sized down and had some prongs on it repaired. The repair and sizing only took 2 hours. When we got the ring back not only did it fit perfectly this ring had the “bling” put back on it. It had not been professionally cleaned if for ever. The prices for the repair and down sizing was absolutely insanely cheap compared to other prices we have found. The workmanship from what we can see is absolutely stunning. Read the reviews before I came and just knew I was in store for excellent service. Turns out I couldn't make it past the door until this older white lady came in behind me while I'm waiting and the door immediately unlocked for her.👀 She seen it too and said "Young man you were before me" nice lady.( after I ring twice and watch them looking from the office) I get it probably read me wrong. I never called you a racist but you felt the vibe and quickly said you aren't one.... maybe you aren't but that was racism at its finest and you shouldn't treat your members of the community that way...
