Very disrespectful lazy liars. First this guy was afraid of a tiny spider on the box. Once he saw the spider he informed me they could not accept the box and we would have to go get a different one, I offered to take care of the spider he said it wasn’t necessary. After attempting to reason with us they finally sold us a box for 20$ and told us it was our only option, he made me buy it before even showing it to me. They explained our box was a hazard even though it was the only sized box that fit the return which was due tomorrow. After we purchased the box I asked the young man would they have accepted the box we used if it had the original product it contained and they said yes, which they only admitted to after selling us a box they were going to cut up anyways. Very bad business and very rude employees avoid this location at all costs, whoever worked the night shift on 11/11, will 100% be talking to the highest manager. I’ve done E-commerce for almost 4 years now and have never been forced to buy a different box when the product fits. Stay away. Mind you all of this occurred 30min...
Read morelet's start with some empathy : no one grows up dreaming of working at the UPS Store. it's a thankless job and I have had some really positive experiences with UPS Store employees. but this location was. horrible.
it began from the moment I entered with my child. we waited for the employee, Scott to socialize with a customer about cryptocurrency. I understand that Scott has interests outside of UPS Store but he was clearly using company time to pursue other interests.
five minutes later Scott finally decided to assist me. Scott immediately said, "I can't take this." it being an Amazon return (the parcel is on the weight machine in the picture). I inquired why and Scott said it was "too big." I informed Scott that it was an Amazon return and didn't need to be boxed and he said, "you can buy a box."
obviously going nowhere, my child and I left. as we were leaving I saw Scott return to his conversation about cryptocurrency.

Read moreSo, this afternoon i stopped by to ship my irregularly shaped car fender. I had it packaged and sealed and ready to go. I was expecting to pay a lot but was not expecting to pay anywhere near the price that the UPS employee quoted me. His price was 300+ dollars. I was surprised to say the least. Knowing that this location was also an authorised USPS location, i asked him to give me a quote for shipping through USPS. This time it was over $350. His response was that all shipping stores had switched to digital measuring equipment and i was not going to find a better price. The employee was obviously not properly trained and had no idea how shipping works. I left and went immediately to the local USPS office and was able to ship the same package for $35. While the customer/employee interaction at this store may be okay, the employees are either not well-trained or are trained in ripping off their customers. I don't believe i will be back...
