Dollar Tree — Local services in Elk River

I normally love Dollar Tree, I’ve worked across from one for 10+ years I’ve gone there weekly! However for some reason the Elk River store has horrible inventory stock! I can tell you one thing as a store manager myself, empty shelves do not make money! I’ve never had an issue finding things at the BLAINE store , I’ve even have better luck in Princeton and many others in between but for some reason when I come to the Elk River store, I never find what I’m looking for, simple things like parchment paper ,flexible cutting boards, etc. ,even the candy stock is horrible both regular and seasonal ! I’m not sure if it’s a problem with management or who does the ordering but I was in there for five minutes and I along with 2 other people left empty-handed, eventually people will stop coming ! And not to mention the cluster mess of mixed matched items in the same bins ! Needs better organization and less junk more useful items for day to day use! I can honestly say this is the only store I am actually sorry for stopping at, And I only say that because I drive thru Elk River every day for 10+ yrs, and every time I stop here I’m disappointed ! Cindy and another associate (I couldn't read her name tag) harassed and sexualized me upon entering the establishment. They were discussing my wardrobe (tank top and yoga pants, not that it should matter) loudly, laughing at me. Cindy said and I officially quote "I might dress like a hillbilly, but I know better than to wear that in public". They said much more, but I won't go into that. I contacted the company, but they wanted me to speak with someone that holds no real authority, and I wasn't willing to put myself out any further for the sake of the companies name. I no longer shop there, no matter how cheap the planters might be (I was gardening, and that was what brought me to the store in the first place). The store was in total disarray, it looks as if the storage overflow has seeped into the main floor room. Some isle were to blocked to get through, there were randem piles of stuff in different areas, many items just stuffed in front of other items on the shelves. I called ahead to assure they had spring rolls in stock, I was told yes, but after calling 3 different stores & driving across town they did NOT have ANY spring rolls in stock. I assume she misunderstood what I was asking about. There was only 1 staff, whom was continuously busy at the register, she had a steady pace at the checkout line as one customer left, another one would enter the store, the cashier did not have a minute to answer questions or to provide customer service adequately as she was the only staff visually seen...
