On October 8th. I came in this shop hoping for a good experience and to find a good board game to play with my friends. When I walked in there was one employee sitting on their phone that greeted me, I walked around the store a little and tried asking the employee a few questions. But they stayed on their phone staring at idk what. So I looked around a little longer, tried to go to the bathroom but it was closed the entire time. Every board game I looked at was covered with dust. And when I did get to use the restroom, the floor was filthy and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Best tabletop gaming store around. I primarily play MTG, but I have grown up with a fascination with a variety for board games. They have a great selection of products, and the staff is very knowledgeable about the games and products they sell. They have a large tournament room, and they are fair with product pricing. I have not traded in very many mtg singles, but they do have above standard trade in value on cards from my experience with other card stores that I have been to. Twice I asked Unity to pre-order some Games Workshop stuff for me. They never did. The first time I got told it was ordered, then it had a tracking number but it never manifested. Went by tonight with my wife. Found a few things we wanted. No one was up front running a register the entire time we were in there. We waited at the register for 5 to 10 minutes and still no one showed. As we were walking out some other customer said they were 'in the back running a game'.
