Creamy Dayz at River & Trails Emporium — Restaurant in Elkin

I’m not one to leave a bad review; however, we stopped by today because the donut light was on for once and the service was laughably terrible. I believe the person working was named Brandon and he was incredibly rude (slamming doors, slamming things on the counter, hateful tone) to everyone in the shop for absolutely no reason. On top of that, our donuts were nowhere near fresh and the toppings were placed carelessly. I’ve been to creamy dayz a few times now and I’ve had one good donut, and the ice cream has never disappointed, but I won’t be back because I’ve dealt with that same employee almost every time I’ve been, and he’s always rude for no reason. Went to enjoy some of the best ice cream in the town of Elkins, North Carolina!! I love going the atmosphere they have great food and awesome ice cream. Their service is fast and they are so polite and nice. I enjoyed the it so much there that I went and ask if they are hiring and they said yes would I like an application I said oh well sure may I go ahead and fill it out now and I was told yes you may so I took a seat sat down and did the application and on top of that the manager was on sit so I got to turn my application right in. So fingers crossed maybe you will see me working there one day soon. Anywho make sure you stop in even if you are just passing through stop and have an ice cream and a bite to eat as well. Wanted to go get doughnuts for my staff on Saturday so I looked up Creamy Dayz to see when they opened. There website stated they opened at 8am so I arrived at 8 on the dot to pick up doughnuts. When I got there thier was a guy and female talking at the counter so I walked in and was promptly stopped. The guy stated very rudely we don't open until 10 and I informed him the website said they opened at 8am not 10am. He promptly said well I'll change that now and rolled his eyes. I have never been to this establishment before so didn't know what to expect but I know I will not return now.
