Be prepared for false advertisement and new customer welcome rewards that ultimately they will not honor. I will say my first visit was pleasant. Staff was friendly. I received the 10% early bird special in addition my product was on sale. Also received three pre-rolls for a penny. However my second visit I could not receive the 10% early bird and combine my 20% newcomer welcome offer. WHICH STATES 20% OFF YOUR ORDER. I was informed that the exceptions was listed on the website. The bartender was nice and I took her word for it. WHICH ACTUALLY IT DOES NOT SAY THAT.. NOW MY THIRD VISIT. I HAVE A 30% OFF OFFER. WHICH STATES â30% OFF YOUR ORDERâ. THE PRODUCTS I CHOSE ALREADY HAD A 30% OFF SALE. One product did not. I received 30% off a vape cart. I AM NOW TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO PICK A PRODUCT THAT'S NOT ON SALE TO RECEIVE 30% OFF. âTHAT IS NOT WHAT THE WEBSITE SAYSâ. I KNOW HOW TO READ. SO I ASKED FOR A MANAGER TO EXPLAIN MY CASE. THE MANAGER AND I WAS NOT ON THE SAME PAGE FROM THE START AND HE BECAME HOSTILE AND RAISED HIS VOICE WHILE THERE WAS A HANDFUL OF CUSTOMERS IN LINE AROUND ME. REPLIES TO ME, YOU'RE NOT GETTING 60% OFF THIS PRODUCT DUDE AND THAT'S THAT! "I AM THE MANAGER AND I SHOULD KNOW"....I BELIEVE THAT TO BE UNNECESSARY AND NOT ACCEPTABLE. THAT IS A BAD REFLECTION FOR THE BUSINESS. I ULTIMATELY SAID FINE AND SCREWED MYSELF OUT OF ANY NEW PATRON WELCOME BONUSES. MADE MY PURCHASE AND TIPPED THE BUDTENDER.    Read moreThis was my favorite store however they changed the in store ordering process and I HATE it!!! Now itâs the same as making a preorder online. Only worse. There is ginormous screen thatâs about a foot and 1/2 x 2â with a keyboard thatâs as big as the screen it takes four times as long to make an order and you have to wait. I was there yesterday I was the only customer that was in the store at the time and it took more than 10 minutes. Any time Iâve ever been in there before and thereâs been people in line in front of me. It hasnât taken that long if the keyboard wasnât so ginormous and it didnât take five minutes just to input your information that is displayed in the white area that anyone in the white area can see all your private information your email address your phone number your patient card number, your drivers license number all on display for everyone in the white area to see Donât think that that is safe. I donât think that that is proper and itâs an invasion of my privacy. I absolutely hate the new ordering process after I was halfway done they offered to go ahead and check me in the way that they used to do it but I said I was already halfway there. Iâm not gonna stop now and then I placed my order, and I had to wait another 10 minutes while no one else was in the store to get my order. Itâs absolutely ridiculous not user-friendly and not time effective . Iâm going to rethink my purchases from this location from now on I may go to the competitor down the street where they still service the customer. After I work all day in a grocery store, checking people out and servicing customers. The last thing I want to do was go sit in an empty store for 15 minutes waiting for an order because their new process is supposed to be more effective, itâs the least effective least efficient process I have ever seen in my life hate it....
