I've always been a fan of shopping small businesses, because you get treated like your business matters. I came in with a loose diamond and an old wedding set that had been given to me with the hope of salvaging them and turning them into a necklace for my fiance, both of which had been passed down through her family. I sat down with Mr. Hunn and told him what I was looking to do. We looked at his catalog, but I'm a broke college student and everything was a bit out of my budget. He was willing to work with me and find an option within my price range. I have shopped at other jewelers and have had moments where I felt like I was being judged for what my budget was. I never felt that here. He helped me find the cheapest option for what I wanted, and then gave me an absolutely beautiful necklace that was so much more than I was expecting to get. Turnaround was well ahead of what I expected, he was incredibly helpful in explaining what my options were, and he made me feel like myself and the jewelry mattered. I would rate them...

I contacted Robert about getting building a custom engagement ring for my fiancé because I was worried about the quality of jewelry from the big name stores. He assured me he built his jewelry to last and I could tell by pride he took his work he wasn't kidding. We sat down and he gave me advice about where to start and how to help my fiancé and I pick the ring that was right for her. Once we had a design in mind I came back and Robert and I we worked out all the details. He texted me updates to keep me in loop throughout the whole process and get my input, before I knew it I was back in his shop picking up the finished product. I couldn't be happier and more importantly my fiancé loved the rings as well. He is always so friendly when my fiancé and I stop in to have the ring cleaned, I truly feel like we gained a friend in the process....

I’m a firm believer in supporting small businesses, that being said, I have been to this jeweler a handful of times to get some items repaired, never had a problem until today. Terrible service, mainly from Wendy, the part time older woman. Never ever had a problem with her in the past, however, today made up for that. Wendy was childish to the point it became comical, I actually asked her if she was drunk or something. She replied, “yes, I’m drunk & high too”. Very unfortunate to hear that after leaving this establishment, the actions & words that took place have seemed to be forgotten by both individuals working that day. I will no longer patronize this pitiful excuse...
