It was the worst experience ever, the whole situation was weird. It’s not our first time at a buffalo wild wings it might have been our fault we did have a party of 6 at 9, but they do close at 11 we ordered our food right away we did understand that it was already 9 so we tried to make this fast. When we got there the music was blasting like usual, we ordered our food and drink. While we were waiting the music stopped playing and they stared to play the news through the whole restaurant. Do you know what the news was about immigrants and we are not immigrants but we look like once and we are proud of it. I don’t know what the server’s intentions were but every wild wing we go to the music never stops playing and why would they play that news when it was on the sports channel mind you it was just us and a black couple in the dining room and four ppl at the bar. With how crazy the world is that felt personal when we stared to make comments like “where did the music go” and “who put the news talking bad about us” and we did say it pretty loud so other people would hear they immediately turn the music back on. And if your saying what if they almost closed thats probably protocol, no it was still 9:26 we still didn’t even have our food. A new table was walking in. Then when our food came out the server attitude changed drastically on one of our burgers they forgot the guacamole and yes we did order it, we asked her for a side of guacamole, buffalo and a new water all in the time so she would have to come back. SHE ROLLED HER EYES. She sets the things we asked for on the table and left never came back to check on us nothing which was fine. I’m a server and two other people in that table are servers we understand the tipping world, we are good tippers but as servers we know that tips are earned and she did nothing but make us feel uncomfortable. When it was time to pay we split the bill three ways, and no that’s not hard to do you just create a new receipt and select the items that you want on the check. One of our friends was alone he had a burger and a sprite his total was 26 dollars he gave her a 50 and of course he’s going to ask for change thats 24 dollars left she came back with the 24 she just threw the money on that table and said I’ll be back with ur 27 cents. She didn’t give us time to tell her we don’t need they 27 cents she went to the bar and then to the register by the exit and was asking everyone for 27 cents and was being so extra about it making comments to her co workers “yea they really want the 27 cents” “They are really making me look for them” “yes I know it’s stupid” GIRL WE DO NOT NEED 27 cents. You came and threw the money and didn’t even wait for us to say anything we still tipped her 15% because why not but she didn’t deserve more. That is being a horrible person, we have the money but you mad us feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome. I promise we are good tippers and nice people. That was so...

Considering our experience below, you should really have something more to say for yourselves vs taking up more of the customers time and asking questions that are only beneficial to your restaurant and zero resolution to the customer!
Not busy, should've been the first clue, yet service was slow and food took a long time to come out then it wasn't as advertised or promised. Ordered the grilled chicken buffalitos. At the time of ordering, the photo showed 3, menu stated 2, so I asked how many came with the lunch choice, the waitress said 3. Order arrived approx 25/30 minutes later and it came with...ONE...it was small, too. It was only then that I was informed, by looking at the plate, and asked if I wanted something else. Considering the length of the wait, and my other guests orders placed on the table, I declined. However, the opportunity should have been given well in advance, moments after submitting the order, to reselect timely, prevent further wait and to prevent my guests having to wait on me to finish last. I understand it was a lunch choice, so I wouldn't have opposed if it was 2, but ONE and full price? Waitress went to the Supervisor, who never came over and said I could "upgrade," at my expense. How nice of them, misleading photo (3), pay more to receive what was verbally stated (3) and a lengthy wait?! All the while charging full price for less than what was shown and stated. Admitting when you're wrong and trying to make it right would've gone a long ways here such as adjusting the bill to reflect the single buffalito placed on the table. A little late as I have already stated. Bill was set on table, full charge, no thank you and waitress walked off with an attitude. Took our payment and set the receipt copies down and walked off. Further, our drinks were not refilled once. Not very hospitable. The bar was definitely not raised and we could have easily made a better selection, after a 12 hour roadtrip to visit our loved one in the military, at a better price with better service elsewhere. BWWs you really botched what should've been an enjoyable meal! Again, not a busy day and maybe the local residents know what we didn't and maybe that's why it wasn't busy at lunchtime. Hopefully, this review will be helpful to other hungry out of town travelers that are not familiar and are looking for a pleasant...
Read moreIn short: My favorite place to eat, period. If you want something more in-depth, keep reading. First off, although it's not necessary, I would reccomend having at least a little bit of spice tolerance to go here, that way you can eat the basic wings. I would reccomend their beer-battered onion rings, their passion fruit mojito, (it's non-alchoholic) and their medium boneless wings. Also I've been told they serve a lot of really good alcoholic cocktails, but I can't say due to being 13 and (obviously) not being able to drink those. Also, just a fair warning, although I've never tried them, my parents say their salads aren't the best, but come on. You came to a place called Buffalo Wild WINGS and ordered a SALAD. Nuff' said. Oh and also if you're a sports or news fan, (or just like it, since it can't hurt) you'll LOVE this location. The reason being there literally isn't a single spot you could sit at where you would have to move your neck more than a millimeter to be comfortably seeing at least 3 TVs. This is because side of the building (or at least the dining areas) literally has a entire line of tvs going down the side. Also, I forgot to mention that everyone is really nice. Btw you can gamble there. I wouldn't see it as a plus, (especially because I can't, being a kid) but some people might. All in all, 69/69 Edit: to all the people posting negative reviews, 1. Getting the order wrong is typically the delivery service's fault 2. I'm not going to name the person but they said "they couldn't eat" because there was too many people there and then had the audacity to say "Get to work!" to the hard working people in the pandemic. Plus, I have a feeling that person wasn't actually waiting that long. And, if he was, it would be because so many people wanted to eat their great food. Also, how can you leave a review on food you didn't eat? Anyways, I know you might be kinda sus of my review, being so different from everyone else's, but if you want to verify me I have a YouTube channel on this same google account that has the same name and profile picture with videos of me...
