OMAR was so rude to me, he threw two sets of terminals to me, and my oriellys card. Then he was yelling at the other worker not to be answering the phones saying they were closed when it was 15 minutes till closing. The I saw he charged me a different battery changing the battery price on the computer. I took the battery home my dad went back to return it and they didnt let us saying the system was down and Omar didnt even come to the front to speak to us he stayed in the back having the other worker being his messenger back and forth and just told us to go t ok weslaco oriellys....seriously...so...

The only reason I'm giving O'Reilly 3 stars is because I haven't had to buy anything major for my car. Just little items for this or that. Other than that, it's a great auto store. They pretty much have anything and everything you need to fix your vehicle. And if they don't have it, they will either get it for you or recommend where you can go to get what you need, even if it's from their competitors. That's pretty unselfish of them....

La tienda es necesaria en el lugar donde está ubicada. Es una buena tienda... Pero fui a checar mi batería, por qué mi coche encendió el foco. Fui a las 9 30, estoy conciente que era tarde, pero es cuando puedo ir. Vinieron a checarla con el aparato e indico que no servía, esa pila la compré en en el 2023, al parecer aún tiene garantía. Me dijo el joven que debería desmontarla si quería que me la.cambiaran. Le pedí una llave y tenían una, tarde un poco en quitarla. Cuando la lleve adentro me dijeron que estaba buena la batería que no podían cambiarla que ya la habían checadode nuevo. La buscaron con los números de teléfono que pude ver dado cuando la compré no los recuerdo bien, y me dijeron que no podían cambiarla si no sabía el nombre o el teléfono de e cuando la compré. Tuve que instalarla de nuevo, solo que mi bebé estaba en la.camioneta sin el aire prendido y no se acercaron a apoyarme para instalarla de nuevo, estaba oscuro y batalle bastante. En general creo que pudieron ver checado bien, me hicieron quitarla y ponerla , y nuevamente mi i foco de mi camioneta sigue marcando seguro tendré que comprar otra. Un poco más de amabilidad sería buenísimo...
