Express Smoke Shop (Emmaus) — Local services in Emmaus

Here's my review from Pheonixville smoke shop, I will no longer patronize this store because it is owned by the same gentleman.

I'm a disabled licensed medical marijuana patient, I called to find out if I could buy the tools to refill my medicine . I was asked to keep the fact I'm a disabled marijuana patient under wraps, because they want to keep things tasteful/CLASSY In the store. This made me feel like I had to go around back for a meaI and made to feel as though I was breaking the law. Will be sure to pass it along to my fellow patients that our money is only good here if we hide the fact we take marijuana for medicine instead of pills because they want to keep things classy. Worst part is they didn't even carry what I wanted they were sold out!

Called to complain about my experience, got the same guy on the phone who offended me last night. Yet again he became defensive and standoffish, argued with me and said I had to wait till Monday till he can talk to his manager. I told him not to bother, I'll be contacting a civil rights rights attorney, I called Matt Bradford (state representative) Norristown they are going to start an investigation on this establishment, and I filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office. I recommend noone partonizes the store, they won't be in business for very much longer anyway. Just go on Amazon it's cheaper and they treat you...

This store brings me so much joy !!!!! I love coming in here the staff are so polite!! I have been coming here ever since I moved to Pennsylvania in 2017 and every visit is better than the last I always grow a relationship with new members and as well as the workers there! They always refer me to get stuff that I know that I can refer to others!!! whenever I need a product I know where to go. I know they will take care of me very well and even when I come in for exotic snacks and good drinks and good clothes, etc.. and I even refer others there I have brought a few people there myself, that I said, the same thing that they’re all good vibes, and that they even introduced them to some good things and products !!! I love the aesthetic of the store. I love the set up of how they have things it’s always so clean and they have things always smell so good. It started off with just. Incense and now I buy H HC to gummy’s to pre-rolls to disposables to everything else in the book I even get good deals sometimes on a good day lol everybody is just so nice and I just love it here I try to visit as much as possible just to stop by and say hey, just to see you smile I have a conversation because they make my day when I am feeling not like myself, they always bring me up so that is also important in customer service. I really appreciate the store and I really appreciate. The approach they have to the community....

the Emmaus Express Smoke Shop has CHANGED MY LIFE! I walked in this store for the first time looking to get myself my favorite flavor of vape...cotton candy. as I scanned the shelves for this delicious succulent flavor of vape that I CRAVE in my every day life I realized this place didn't have it. At first I was in utter shock. How could they not have my favorite flavor of vape?! As I was staring at this shelf, feeling completely defeated, a light flashed before my eyes. It smelt better than the succulent cotton candy vape I love so much. But how? how could something smell so good? I opened my eyes and it was God! God told me that I didn't need my cotton candy vape, all I needed was the bible and the church. Then, God disappeared. after this life changing religious experience I quit vaping and started going to church every Sunday and I've never felt better. Thank you God and thank you Emmaus Express Smoke Shop (Emmaus) for teaching me the real meaning of god in your fine establishment. I will never forget this. I highly recommend Express Smoke Shop (Emmaus) to all of my friends and family. Bring your kids here and let them experience the true meaning of vape...
