My MIL took my Apple Watch here. The lady (Gina) told me it would be $50. All I needed was the screen glued down because it came up. The watch worked fine otherwise. I didn’t like the price so I told her I would pick it up after work. She told me to pick it up anytime before 6pm. I got there at 5:20, the door was locked and I knocked for 5 minutes while getting rained on. No one answered the phone or the door. I came back the next day and she told me she fixed it. I told her I did not ask for it to be fixed and I didn’t like the pricing she provided. She proceeded to get a heavy attitude with me and say “if you can’t afford to pay then I guess you can just take the watch” I paid and left very unhappy and embarrassed with how I was just treated. Not to mention the man that worked in there kept laughing at everything I said. SUPER unprofessional and rude business. I will never be back and I will never ever recommend this place to anyone.
