Maybe I'm the lone ranger on my complaint. Maybe not:
When dropping off Amazon I'm told they don't accept the label Amazon emailed me. The fix is to go into email, cancel return, choose new options and then email new form to them. Which they will print out. This is bad, but it gets worse.
I try to access my email on my phone but can't get a signal. I ask for their Wi-Fi. "We don't have Wi-Fi". Seriously? "Yeah, Wi-Fi costs money". You are in the business of assisting people in their business (which always involves internet) and you DON'T have Wi-Fi?
This is sort of like going to a hamburger joint, ordering a burger, and they give you a meat patty and vegetables. Where's the bun? To which they reply, "Buns cost money and you don't need the carbs. Take what we give you and shut up about it."
Don't get me started about the dollar per strip of tape they put on your box.
I was gonna say that on the bright side they are closer than Greenville or Sulpher Springs, but on second thought, I would rather make the drive than deal with the maddening frustration I feel EVERY time I leave their store.

They charge $1-2 for just handing them a package ready to ship! Owner is rude and does not care about customers. Never there. Faxes and emails charges 6.00 plus 1.65 a page to email? This place is a ripoff. Go to Sulphur Springs or Mineola. Save your money. Lobby closed so it slows service. Covid is over people!! Drive thru is so slow. Owner uses the window to visit with friends. Takes 15-20 minutes. Time is money. Closed on days they should be open. Not fair to the people of Emory and surrounding areas with their pricing....
Read moreWe recently moved to Emory and have been pleased with the hospitality of every business here, with the exception of Mail Box Express. Several issues.
My career involves daily shipments. This location will charge $1 to drop off prepaid packages that require nothing more than taking the shipment from you. In addition, the lobby is closed the majority of the time, so the drive thru window is the only option. Be prepared to wait 20 minutes for a simple drop off, only to be approached with horrible customer service when you arrive at the window. I am frustrated every time I leave here.
I will drive an extra 20 minutes to avoid dealing with this location and...
