On 09-23-17 I went to the Emory location to order the exact same pizza I have been ordering for the past 3 years. When I told the lady what I wanted she said that the special was closed. I asked since when she stated a month ago. I told her I had gotten the same order 3 weeks ago with no problems. I then asked to talk to the manager, the lady told the manager I wanted to talk with him and what I wanted. The manger came to me and asked if he could help. I again explained what I wanted. The manager stated that the special was gone. I asked as of when and he stated last week. I then got on line and found the special still listed as good. So if the Emory store really thinks it will survive by treating their customers like this I will make sure everyone is aware of their unwillingness to be customer friendly. Why pay more for a pizza here when all other pizza places are willing to sell their pizzas at great prices and great deals without a special. Good luck I will never grace that...

I asked if they could substitute and we pay the extra or something and she was rude and started to tell me that they have all the $7 meal deals( which aren't $7) and then started to name all of them. I tried to tell her I needed the bone in wings and asked if they had any other deal with them and she was short and said no I'm sorry we don't. She definitely was not interested in helping me figure anything out to fit what I needed š customer service is horrible...

I called again and told them I had been waiting. She said she had not received the message and she would send it right out.
