Highly disorganized, extremely high prices. They actually had an empty tin of spice you can buy at Dillons right now for $1 🤣 $10 for small, stained and damaged doilies 🤣 $15 for broken plastic kids toys that were cheaper when they were new a few years ago! New goods made in China with "vintage" high prices. The nicer stuff on display that wasn't damaged was always marked "not for sale." The woman "working" was happy to sit in a recliner and get up or talk only when absolutely necessary. The store is chaos: deep, disorganized piles of who knows what because it's not accessible; stuff was stacked too high to see it and prices were not visible. Imagine going to a flea market and selling all the good stuff, then take what's leftover and sell it at a garage sale, and then whatever is leftover from the garage sale put it in a storage unit for 3 years and after 3 years take it to the Emporia Flea Market. That's what you get. Of all the many, many places I've been to over many years, this was one of the worst. 100% hoarder surplus. Just because you have it/found it/got it for free on the side of the road doesn't mean you should cram it into an already packed shelf and try to sell it. Sometimes trash is really just trash-...
Read more00 stars!!! Just had a bad experience with the store manager(?). Earlier today, I contacted the store clerk about selling a used but fully functional electric range. She said bring it in and they would buy it for a token price. Loaded it on the truck, made a special trip to town even though the easier choice would have been to have the delivery service haul it away. When we arrived, a different manager refused to buy it. She said no one would want a range with coil burners! Say what? Obviously, she did not know that many brand new ranges still come equipped with coil burners--DUH? I found the managements refusal to be unprofessional, unethical and borderline dishonest. Will never go there again! OH! By the way, did I mention that the pic of a range on the business web page had coil...
