Kari's Bridal went above and beyond for me! I can not say enough positive things about them. The entire team is amazing and made me feel like the most special customer anytime I came in. I had multiple fittings, because I was an anxious bride, and not once did they make me feel like an annoyance. Each time I was greeted by name, asked if I wanted something to drink, asked about updates on planning, and gave countless pieces of advice and encouragement. Marci is unbelievable! Every bridal store should have a Marci. She is as patient as they come and knows her stuff! She listens and truly cares about making you feel and look your most beautiful self on your big day! I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience with Kari's was! We had exhausted our options in Kansas City and had not found "the one" so we made the trip to Emporia - definitely worth the drive! Kari's has a beautiful and varied selection, great price points, a variety of sizes, and amazing staff. (In other stores they were squeezing me into size 10's or clamping me into size 20's, which detracted greatly from my experience - nothing was making me feel my best. I think I ended up buying a size 12 or 14, and being able to try on dresses that actually fit was truly a plus.) Last fall I decided this place would be able to switch out a stone on my wedding ring. When I picked it up I was horrified of the look as the prongs where not right. They tried to fix them and made it worse. It snagged on everything the prongs were all different it didnt look the same. They then told me they couldnt help me in store and could send it off to someone else to fix. I agree as I paid around 300 for my rings repair and couldnt afford to take it somewhere else. Waited another long wait and when ring came back my prongs were so big it covered most of my stone. They told me this was all they could do for me.
