This company is by far the worst to rent from. Owners don’t know nothing except the lies told to them by managers and associates. If they owners could get off the golf course and talk to a customer that has issues and resolve the issues maybe things would be much better for this company. This company couldn’t fix a simple problem of a mother board for a stackable washer unit now it will cost me $450 to replace it myself cause they rather write it off but still want money and make threats at me to take me to court. If your writing it off because y’all gave me a different unit that isn’t the same serial number as my first unit and brought bugs into my home and costed us over $2k to get rid of the darn things then y’all should fix the issues correctly instead of making go 5 months without a washer cause y’all refused to fix either of the 2 issues. So please before renting from this company make sure the item is brand new out of the box and not from their show room floor or from their back room or coming from a previous customers house that the employees said upon delivering the combo.m wash tower, that they had to pick it up from customer’s house first. I hope the owners sees this review and will actually reach out and make this right. Cause Patrick and David makes up different stories. To pay off 2 items I was told the owners said $100 bucks then that changed to $150 and then I was told $200. If the owners said $100 to pay them both off it should have never changed after the $100 was paid but yet it was because pat and dav wasn’t happy. Then wants to call me and threaten me but as they say their calls are recorded but I beat that wants recorded then the owners would love to hear the threats that came out of them today on 7-15-25. But now I feel my safety and my family isn’t safe with them knowing my address forever plus their there isn’t a sheriff or cop that can protect 24/7/365 or a restraining order that can protect me from them. Wish the owners would just pick up the phone and call me instead. Doubt that will happen and after this review they will come at me even harder then before and I won’t remove it this time unless I’m paid for the damages & my mother board for my washer & dryer combo unit.

Triad always exhibits beautiful & fun window displays in our downtown main drag of Commercial Street! I enjoy anticipating what the next season or holiday will bring with their creativity! Recently, they have unveiled their Valentine display & I am IN LOVE! So much so that I walked into the store to compliment and let them know the joy that they bring with something they may not think gets noticed! The staff was very friendly and warm in welcoming the compliment! We pleasantly chatted for a few minutes about the window-artist and store. The showroom looked very well-lit and inviting with nice new items for lease. Love is in the details & Triad would be a place I would consider if I were to need such leasing services!
