Flint Hills Music was at K-State Concert Band Clinic fixing instruments on site for the students, my daughter’s tenor sax literally broke right before her audition. When they looked at her horn they realized there was more damage than could be fixed on site so they took it back to Emporia to fix it at their shop and made a special trip back to Manhattan so my daughter could have her sax right before the concert! AMAZING customer service!!! What would have been a huge disappointment for my Senior ended with a big smile thanks to Flint Hills Music and the horn played beautifully 💜 HIGHLY...

I've been in here a few times for strings or picks or whatever and they will look and ignore me until I walk up to them asking for help, sometimes they oblige but they have also told me to wait and somebody else will help me. If they are attentive they do it in a condescending way. I dont feel welcome in this shop, and it's because of the vibe of the employees. I wanted to like this shop because it's the only music store in town but it's hard to like it when they make you feel like a burden for wanting...

Terrible experience. Daughter stopped using her violin in May and I'm still being charged in july after several phone calls and emails to both flint hill music and my kids teachers. Flint hills music promised a refund for the first month they charged me when they shouldn't have and not only did they not, they charged me again. Will never...
