I have never written a bad review before so hopefully that will give you some insight into how I feel about the experience with Thrive Interiors. My husband and I ordered a custom sofa in August 2022. We were told it would take approx. 6 weeks. Having been in the interior design industry in the past, I realize there may be delays. However, it is now Nov. 17, 2022 and we have received NO update about our custom order. I've reached out or called at least 7 times and each time I hear, "I'm so sorry, we'll look into it and get right back to you." No one get's back to me, including the owner Wendy, who we purchased the sofa from. I'm incredibly disappointed, not with just how long it has taken to get our sofa but in the lack of customer service and communication from Thrive. Wendy and her team are amazing! We just moved into a new condo and they did all the design including custom built-in, wall treatments and selection of furnishings for us. They were so on top of everything (Subcontractors, receiving, delivering and moving new furniture into our condo as well as placing and styling) it made our whole design experience so easy and our new home is gorgeous thanks to Wendy’s keen eye and great picks. ❤️❤️❤️ Can’t say enough great things about...

What a great store for decor and even some furnishings. Staff is always incredibly helpful. Fantastic selection of quality accessories.
