I would give them negative stars if I could. I left a watch to get a battery replaced with them and the man kept it for over two months without working on it. When I got fed up with his delaying I told him to just give it back to me. I did some research and replaced the battery myself, but learned that the watch was missing a gasket. I went back and told the guy that the gasket was missing and he said that wasn't his problem. He didn't even try to look for it. He provides terrible service and takes no responsibility. I've been a customer for over ten years there. I couldn't believe he'd do that. I'll never go back there again.
