Tried to bring my organic dehydrated fruits and vegetables to market but the red tape and run around was ridiculous!!!! Was told I can sell all the sugary products ( candy, cakes n pastries) without any paper work. But for my products I was given a list of requirements, water test, verifications, etc….When all is from the farms of Alabama …After doing markets in Florida without any of this I am still trying to understand the reasoning… It’s a Farmers Market not William Sonoma !!!! They also have a honey vendor that is very knowledgeable and has a variety of different types of honey to choose from. I’ve been wanting peaches, but they are so expensive at stores, so we came here. I’m pretty sure before long I’m gonna end up buying a baby goat 🐐 from Lisa ( she has the best dog treats!!!) Then there is the candle lady (she has a large selection of natural candles & provided me with an in-depth understanding of “how-to” burn candles 🕯️… never knew 🤷🏾♂️!!!)
Then it’s the vegetable lady with some of the best pickles 🥒 this side of Pratteville !!!
