⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give this place 100 stars, I would trust me. As a former vet tech, I am INCREDIBLY CAUTIOUS about who I trust with my pets. The things I’ve seen in my lifetime. Bless.

However, my vet recommended this place and I can say that they absolutely blew me away!! From the moment we checked in, I felt like my two fur-babies were not just guests, but with the staff and how they interacted with them, it felt like they treated them like their own pets, they IMMEDIATELY were doting on my babies from the moment they walked in the front door. I opted in for the enrichment activities every day of their stay(such a brilliant add on and well worth!), and every single day, I received the most amazing photo updates that showed how they blossomed during their stay, calmer, happier, and clearly loving it there.

My sweet girl Primrose is a pandemic pup with a lot of outdoor anxiety, and her emotional support stuffed carrot had to come with her when she ventures outside. Not only did they make sure she had it the whole time with her, but at some point she just didn’t need it anymore. I can tell you why! I could actually watch the staff give her extra attention and affection on the live cameras, helping getting her out of her shell with so much kindness and patience, she was not anxious, that carrot stayed all day in the same place up until bedtime. I cannot tell you how comforting it was to peek in on them throughout the day and see them safe, relaxed, and even excited when the staff was there. The stress Prim’s felt melted off within 24 hours. I’m BLOWN AWAY. I’m attaching the photos of her on drop off day(Monday) and 24 hours later. It’s night and day difference in how relaxed she became.

Sherman is such a happy camper. He’s honestly just thrilled to get attention anywhere he goes so he was just living his best life the WHOLE time!! 😂

The private play sessions were a brilliant option. Even the best behaved dogs can have off days, and this setup eliminated any worry about overstimulation or injury from other dogs. They truly thought of everything. They got their exit baths a day early when we called for early pick up, they were fed on time and on schedule, and honestly, they were spoiled rotten, and I LOVED that for them.

I have never boarded our dogs in any offical capacity before, and know that I wouldn’t trust just anyone with my dogs, but this business/staff has earned my full trust and then some. They’re thoughtful, professional, and have hearts of gold NEEDED to work with animals daily. This isn’t just a kennel, it’s a vacation spa for pets and peace of mind for me. 💕🐾🤍

Ask for a tour. Check out the luxury suites. I promise you, you can vacation with ease of mind with this staff. They all LOVE the animals and their jobs. It’s that saying, I don’t know how much they’re paid, but they need a pay raise. 😂🤍 100/10 stars....

I finally found the time to write a review for Wags and Whiskers Enterprise location. I am so sorry it took a while but we boarded my dog (Patchie) from 03/28/25 to 04/11/25. All the staff have been nothing but helpful from the beginning to the end. It was Patchie's first time being away from us and she is not good with strangers. But the whole staff were very professional and understanding of her from throughout her stay. I loved how they were easy to communicate with thru the phone. And I also loved how they have the Gingr App where I was able to view her feeding time, see pictures of her private play time and I was able to watch her thru their 24/7 live webcam from thousand miles away. As a fur parent, it gave me a lot of peace of mind. Anyways, I'm not good with names but I'd like to thank their manager Jordan for being so accommodating! Everyone knew exactly what they were doing & they're all really patient with my dog even when she had diarrhea because she's got a sensitive stomach. I wish I can remember all the staff names that made her feel safe and cared for. Like I've said Patchie is not good with strangers & they took their time until she settled in. To her new favorite friend, Hailey thank you so much. I will definitely board Patchie...

I cannot describe how wonderful it was to visit Wags and Whiskers in Enterprise. I loved the staff at the Dothan location but it was so inconvenient coming from Fort Novosel. This location is only about 20m away depending on your driving style 😅 The building is fresh and inviting with the classic Wags and Whiskers style I was expecting. Parking lot is an odd shape but I like that they maximized the space to accommodate the most parking spaces. Plenty of grass areas for your baby to potty before going inside. I’d encourage an “OPEN” sign on the door just so you could see from the parking lot. I got there a little early, 0750, for an 0800 appointment and didn’t realize they were open to go ahead and check in. (Didn’t want to look ridiculous and tug on a possible locked door 😂) My girl was nervous but was welcomed with open arms. This was just a grooming appointment but we will be back for daycare...
