Over the past couple of years Iāve dealt with an insurance company that failed to send out proper notifications through the mail, Not even a single telephone call or a simple text msg to advise you on ANY hidden, lost or surprise fees/payments that would cause a cancellation in your policy...Iāve paid for my policy to be reinstated numerous times and I canāt count the times I was told one price and it ended up being something drastically different because of a āchangeā in your policy that had already been quoted with written verification on your policy contract and to your knowledge NO changes were made by YOU! This type of āunprofessional serviceā caused us to loose a vehicle that had been added to my policy AND purchased with a down payment of $3000 just 16 days into the policy..when the old vehicle was dropped and the new one added there was a charge of $102.00 that was due at the time of change but nothing was said and the change was made without any notification of the $ due or due date!! My paperwork showed the new vehicle coverage and the due date April 2019!!! as far as i knew I was covered until April!!! The āoutstandingā amount was now past due and caused the policy to cancel and since full coverage insurance was a requirement by the leanholder my 16 day old vehicle was taken due to no insurance coverageš” the $3000 down payment was NOT given back and Iām currently waiting on an amount $ to pay for the tow coverage and storage from the repossession due to lack of customer communication and lack of professionalism.. š”š”š”š”š”š”š”š”š”š”š”š”š” In saying this I was literally inside of Center Insurance less than 10 seconds and was approached with the upmost professional service with an offer to help me right away...FOLKS in less than 20 minutes I was given a quote and my policy was ready to go...Iām highly satisfied and recommend this place to anyone looking for...
