Freeman Marshaling Staging Area — Local services in Enterprise

Extremely unprofessional. They don't keep to the schedule, they don't respect the drivers. What a waste of time! They used to work like clockwork, but now they work like junk. They know nothing about logistics! Who hired them for this?? They just keep the trucks in the parking lot for days without any information. Why do you order the truck with the driver if you can't load it on time according to the contract??? This is a disgrace...

They guys take too much time & also line have too big for the check & over there staff is very bad ladies & gentes they talk the driver very rude behave they don’t know how’s talk the drivers & they don’t do the unload you before the appointment please come on the appointment ….

Please if company owner or manger read the review so please take the action on the staff do the fired & give the chance new...

To long of a wait. Parking and sitting not my idea of fun Had to change my card to a different color but still same number and still sitting. Over night and all morning sucks!!!!
