Warning: this place no loger uses Italian flour in all their pastries. I absolutely LOVED this place. It was the best pastries I ever had. They USE to use Italian flour in ALL their pastries and breads and being that I have a gluten sensitivity that's the reason I decided to try this place. I I never got a flare-up, and the pastries were amazing everytime I came. Fast forward to yesterday. Came in for breakfast again. 2 out of 3 of the pastries I ordered to share with my daughter were overbaked. Whatever, things happen sometimes not a deal breaker. 20 minutes after I ate I'm still sitting there sipping my coffee and I got a horrible flare up. That never happened with their food before so I went and asked the lady behind the counter if they still use Italian flour in all their pastries and sad to say they don't. They only use it in their pizzas. She couldn't tell me when they switched over but it had to be recently since I never had an issue before. Makes me sad, that was the only reason I came to try this place to begin with, and they didn't even put up a notice to warn people or anything. I get it, shit is expensive but don't advertise something then switch it up. You gave up quality to cut corners and save money. I would have paid more for you to keep the quality. I won't be coming back since now I literally can't eat it. Well at least the coffee is amazing but not worth the drive when I live clear on the other side of town. Super sad. I hope the chef sees this and decides to correct it. Now it makes sense that there wasnt a line out of the door this time. If you have zero issues with gluten then try it but if you started coming here because of the italian flour and amazing quality of the ingredients, its not the same...

The pastry shop is attached to the Italian restaurant that is much larger than the pastry place itself. The restaurant is very airy and looks quite classy. The sitting is very limited at the pastry shop , seems like most people order to go.

They make all of their pasta and pastries in house, importing flower from Italy. They also serve delicious lattes, cappuccinos and coffees . Everything is baked fresh daily and you can taste the difference in every bite. We have ordered pistachio croissants and pistachio lattes and they were absolutely delicious đ, we have also purchased the sourdough bread đ„ made from scratch from the imported Italian flour . Extremely rare to find here in West Coast!

You can definitely taste a difference in how the pasta is made and cooked here compared to other Italian American restaurants. We tried the carbonara and the French toast and both were very good. The macchiato was also excellent and very much like the ones I've had in Italy... Great. They have a white number of pastries and they're also very very delicious! The service here is fantastic, the service are very very friendly. Make sure you take care of them! Note that there is a different menu for brunch on the weekends and then for the rest of the week they have a different menu for lunch and for dinner. They opened in the first half of 2024 and the place is very immaculately clean.
