All of their pizzas are gourmet and great quality. I had a slice of Da Italian and I must say it was better than expected. I'm a person that likes to stick with the norm so looking at their choices had me flustered! The girl taking my order gave me her opinion of it and said it's "really good" and she didn't lie. They didn't have all of the various pizzas available by slice so you have to buy based on what's available unless you're doing a whole one. The pizza was cooked perfectly, seasonings were on point, and it had just enough oil to it to set the tone. I also had Vodka Sauce Penne which also was good, but if I went back, I'd be going for the pizza for sure. Total ended up being right at $20 for the two items. Walked in with a great feeling. Place was clean, hip, and felt like a great place to eat. Ordered the hulk & a build your own pizza. Both pizzas seemed dry, like needed more sauce. The topping had good flavor but seemed like we only got half the toppings we should have. Each slice had about 2 maybe 3 pepperoni, maybe 3 sausage crumbles, I couldn’t tell there was bacon even on it. There were probably 2 slices of ham extremely thin I might add. Crust was good, I don’t mind thin crispy crust as long as the toppings are on point. The price was extremely high for the pizza you get. If they doubled the toppings, sauce, cheese it would probably make the price worth it. Because of the problems we probably won’t go back. This is place is amazing. Made for locals by locals. Everything here is made from scratch, we had the pizza special wow what a meal. Two slices and drink of choice from the many choice of made pizzas. The hulk, pizza of the month, mamma moto, extra virgin were what we ate plus for pasta we had vodka, and Alfredo bacon so so good and last but not least their very own blonde beer. Very very good, can definitely give spaghetti western a run for their money. Yes I know two different categories of food but still. The brother are so nice and very hospitable.
