Beans & Brews Coffee House — Restaurant in Enterprise

Paid a second visit to this location - with a much different experience than the first. Both visits I arrived close to closing time… but with an empty lot all day long and a brand new business I would expect employees to be stoked with more tips. I tipped $5 on my order tonight before receiving the drinks, and I wish I didn’t! I work super hard for my spending money and am disappointed in this place tonight. I came in apologizing so close to close—— but if the employees had already turned off the espresso machines and were ready to dip they should have been upfront And honest instead of take my freakin order. I ordered an iced chai with two shots of added espresso and my bf ordered a B&B frapp. They made my drink fast, but I tasted it and it had zero espresso shots. I didn’t say anything because I knew they were almost closing but then….. I’m watching the employee pull out this pitcher of some coffee looking drink with no label on it and she poured it straight into the drink cup… was trying to put a dome lid on the thing and it wouldn’t go on and I’m supposed to believe that this is a frapp?? I watched her struggle and then ask if I want whipped cream and I said if you can’t make the blended drink then I will just replace his with an Iced White mocha. She said ok and started making the new drink. Yes, I watched her make the next one… started with a full cup of ice that she poured almost 16 oz of milk to the very top and then looked like she was done making it and I chimed in and said”can you add the espresso???””

The two employees were OBVIOUSLY trying to make my drinks but without any coffee or effort at all. Why the hell am I paying $10+ and then tipping on top of that for the worst experience. My bf was mad I didn’t ask for my money back but I hadn’t tasted it yet & they didn’t even pump any white mocha in the drink. He threw it out. Waste of money and I’m sad the place was no good. I drink coffee every single day lots of times more than once so I can say I will not...

We will be honest with this coffee shop , like we are with every our review that we write . We were expecting more, way more. Unfortunately, it was such a disappointing experience with this place and we have visited them twice .

Their staff is ok , they try to do their best, helpful and nice. The atmosphere is great, a few tables to sit down, and they have a drive-thru also. The place is not busy at all, and there were no cars in the drive-thru either.

But their coffee is awful. We could not believe how awful our lattes tasted - both ( hot drinks and cold coffee drinks ) , it was Like really burnt and Super watery . Also we couldn't taste any of the flavoring nor the coffee either. It is such a weird taste, that can’t be explained. This was our second time trying them out and still the drinks were awful.

Also, they don’t have prices on their menu???? Super weird!!! How is that even allowed to open a store without prices???

Overall: Do yourself a favor and go to Dutch Bros. Or Starbucks instead and get yourself tasty flavorful coffee . Don’t bother with...

I grew up in Utah and loved going to beans and brews. It was one of the first coffee shops that I have ever been to and absolutely loved it! When I saw that they brought one to Vegas, I was stoked!

Anyway, yes, their coffees are darker and stronger in flavor than most places. Where they truly shine, however, are their specialty coffees, namely, their chocolate drinks! They use the one and only Ghiradelli chocolate, which tastes truly amazing. Their must try beverages are their Tan iced mochas and Mr B's. It will be my regular places for me from now on, and I hope they bring more locations...
