Expect the unexpected! As a random reviewer I only post and comment about only what’s worthy of the best and worst! I was looking for a nuts and bolts and it led me to TSC on Rainbow do to it being a brand new store to me and close to my home. I have never even heard of TSC or what it had to offer? maybe it was do to living in Las Vegas for a long time, it was a store I wasn’t used to seeing around. So I walked in and it was a nice store it was nice to see things I have never seen before and things I’m used to seeing at other stores, but back to reason why I came here. I was looking for Metric Hex screws and coupling nuts. I tried the big box stores like Home Depot which was my first try before arriving to TSC.. My experience at Home Depot not one single person came to help or greet me. I even asked for help from the person dressed in a Home Depot attire, I think he works there because he was just standing at the self check out but he wasn’t doing anything not smiling not asking if I needed help? He was doing nothing Just nothing. I asked can you help me? I need help with nuts and bolts.. he said oh okay I’ll call someone, I waited patiently and after 10 to 15 minutes I just said F’it there’s no one coming. So I grabbed what I had in my hands to pay and I went to the guy that I had asked for help and told him nobody came to help me? he just shrugged his shoulders. Wow! That’s Home Depot for ya.. Good luck asking a person at Home Depot for help! So it led me to TSC because I drive by it everyday it’s close to my neighborhood. I am a person that doesn’t ask for much I walk this world someone with a stoic attitude and I only ask when I truly need help. I walked in and I know that this is a dying service from most places of business “ customer service” and I am so thankful to have met Sherrie Ann she made me believe that it truly is the first impression that could make a difference between a life long customer or a customer that never will shop and support a business do to just a simple thing as service. Sherrie Ann is a prime example of what every business needs. She had a warm smile she greeted me with a presence of welcoming and with a sense of urgency like she wanted to help me also knowledge came along with it. She helped me look for what I came to look for she went above and beyond looking through shelves of screws and coupling nuts to make sure I got the right size and if not she tried finding other alternatives ensuring things will work out if I need to buy something different also made recommendations. Sherrie is proof that there still is hard working strong women in her field that makes a difference in people lives by helping and doing what she was hired to do and more. I know most people get complacent and its just a job but it truly is also how people are nowadays tired burned out and just hate what they do and they hate dealing with other human beings but they don’t realize it all affects them in many ways because while Sherrie will always be who she is, which is genuinely a good human being with great customer service and she will climb the ladder of success because of that! While these 9-5’rs will just get what they put in to the world. I wasn’t able to find what I came to look for but I sure did do some shopping because I wanted to spend my hard earned money at a place that was welcoming and also had other things I was looking for as well and it was Sherrie that made me wanted to support this company I also signed up for rewards program! Come to TSC on Rainbow/Blue Diamond and try to find what your looking for and get the service you deserve before going to those major brand stores that will just ignore and give you dirty looks and sigh when you ask for help. You and I deserve the best so come see the team at TSC led by Sherrie Ann! Thank you Sherrie I will most...
Read moreOne of the many tractor supply dog washing rooms we have visited. Customers are allowed to lock the door behind them and not let anyone else use the other tub. Manager stated if the owner doesn’t want to leash their dog it’s their choice to share the grooming room, this happened on a Saturday. There were several other people waiting to wash their dogs. What happened to doors remain unlocked during business hours? This location only has one dryer with no attachments is on its last leg, the one grooming table has a hole where the grooming arm went through. The grooming arm is now installed backward on the other side of the table. They did provide a rubber mat over the white grate in the tub which is really helpful for drainage and much softer on dog feet. The water nozzle leaked in 3 places spraying water in every direction, it was perfect temperature, so my dog and I made it through. This TS actually had the d mat conditioner, which I am told is hard for the stores to receive from corporate. They also offered 2 clean towels (some do not offer towels, call before you go). The brushes/ nail clippers, or tubs were NOT cleaned in between dogs. Throughout our travels This TS dog wash is by far the most neediest of a refurbishment...
Read moreTheir supply in effective gloves in XL size kinda sucks. As well as when I called in regarding getting a cowboy hat for outside work was told that there were indeed hats, but when I came in the employee neglected to tell me that they only had kids sized. Also tried getting a job there somewhat recently and communication sucked with the hiring manager. Constantly got told he would be in on X day and X hour only to find that when I did call to talk to him that he was not in that day for any miscellaneous reason. Overall though, the employees are kind and courteous, and quite helpful regarding finding specific merchandise. Though their shoe selection is also underwhelming. Never could find shoes...
