GO ELSEWHERE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! We started at the summerlin location and were told by their staff that the south rainbow location is better for older children. We were offered an all day wrist band at 4:30pm at the summerlin location for $20 each, and were told we could use them at all locations for the entire day. The young girl was very nice. We declined, and just said we would buy them once we got there.
We drive across to town to the S. Rainbow location, wait one hour in line, and finally get to buy tickets at 6:05pm, and the debit machine is down, cash only. We asked for the unlimited ride tickets at $20 each, which there was a sign posted over our head that said $20 unlimited wristbands, and we're told by an older grumpy man who was trying to fix the debit machine, who claimed to be the owner, that the unlimited ride wristbands aren't being sold at any locations, and that they have only been selling individual or packs of tickets so that they can get the customers in and out. The owner wants customers "in and out" as fast as he can, because the more people he lets in, and charges individual tickets, the more money he makes. I showed him the sign over my head that said $20 unlimited wristbands, and he chose to say they aren't selling them at any locations. That was a lie.
They pick and choose who and when to give out these unlimited wristbands without having a set rule shown for all to see. Even doing two hour unlimited increments, or by stopping unlimited ticket sales at a certain hour but having the rule posted for all to see, or by simply removing the unlimited ticket sign completely would have been better business than just picking and choosing when to increase prices. Either that, or there is a serious breakdown in communication between locations, and the summerlin location does not know that they are not selling wristbands. This specific location is all about money and getting as many people as they can in and out at individual ticket prices/packs, and not considering Covid precautions nor customer experience.
The customer service was horrible, they do not keep up with Covid spacing requirements, nor sanitize and clean a single ride after multiple people had their hands on the equipment, nor check temperatures at entry.
Clearly, I am not the only one who feels this way, go to a different pumpkin patch, I left and went to Seasonal Adventures and spent less than what I would have spent there, and had a wayyyy better experience. They are not the only pumpkin...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTERRIBLE! My friends and I wanted to go ride some rides. We especially wanted to go on the ride named "The Zipper". They open at 1 and we arrive there just to wait in line for a good hour, even though we arrived early at 12:30. We enter and decide to buy an "all day pass" for $20 dollars, to later see a sign that you cant use the pass anymore after 5. Were like whatever we can stay for 4 hours. The ride we wanted to go on was closed and was said to open at 3. We come back at 3 and its still not open. It then becomes 4 and we try to go on a ride just to be told that the passes already expired. Why is it called an all day pass when you can't use it all day? We tell the workers that the sign said 5, but when we go back to check they changed the sign to say 4. Also ends up the ride we wanted to go on only opened at 4, when the all day passes were no longer useable. Outrageous price for a pass that is said to be all day, but isn't. You also have to purchase the all day pass before 3, or you can't get it at all. (This was at the Rainbow Blvd location) Also it was very unsanitary, and they weren't following...
Ā Ā Ā Read morelmaoo there were entirely too many people here and granted they canāt help that but this is a just a heads up for anyone planning to go in the last few days,, DO NOT PAY FOR THE $40 BAND unless u get there as soon as they open because the lines get absolutely insane and you will not be able to get on all the rides. we (2 ppl) arrived at 6:30pm, parking INSANE, line to even get admission was INSANE, we got in at around 7:20. we ended up only getting on 3 rides. the gravitron, the zipper, and the āfreak outā. the lines for the zipper and the freak out were absolutely ridiculous, like wrapping around twice ridiculous. not to mention the GROUPS of people cutting and making it worse (which lowkey i get it but it was still annoying af). for the 4 hrs me and my friend spent there only about 15 minutes went into actually being on the rides, itās crazy. also the food is overpriced (but thatās expected). i can only imagine how itās gonna be next year š¬ u guys need to invest in a fast pass or something thatāll actually be...
