‐---------- UPDATE ------------ We returned to this location on March 23/2023 and nothing has changed at all. My wife and I walked in and were asked how many in our party and said "just two", the young lady turned around and literally walked away as if we never came through the door!. So we waited and waited to no surprise that she just wasn't coming back to seat us. We didn't want to wait anymore so we headed to another location on cactus. Doing this review and being very honest about it, not all the Village Pubs are the same when it comes to service and quality of food. We were seated pretty quickly and after that was an extremely long wait and I mean close to a fifty (50) minutes! My wife got her typical French Toast and sausage, I got fish and chips and my daughter had gotten a medium well burger with fries. The French Toast and sausage pretty good from what she said. My fish and chips didn't quite make the grade at all because of the large amount of oil dripping out of the fish and the fries were old!. The Burger that my daughter got was very disappointing because as I had said, she wanted it medium well and the Burger was actually very rare and the fries had the same issue as mine, old.. It just seems the Village Pubs that have been around for years are the best when it comes to great service and food, but these newer locations are truly...

Came in to try a new local place since my move to the south west. Very quite on a Saturday night, but relaxing in the restaurant.

We ordered a house club sandwich and a French dip sandwich.

The food was fresh and delicious. Seasoned steaks frys had a good taste

Found out that the restaurant is owned by Ellis island, so I had to ask for a taste of the root beer The root beer is fabulous

The server Floridia was very personal and made sure our first experience was rememberable.

2nd visit Ordered the steak because I was not aware the pot roast was only on Tuesday. I Tuesday visit will be for coming :) Steak medium well with green beans and garlic mashed was fabulous Cooked to the exact temp that it should be To add to the taste I grabbed a root-bear which added to the experience

I took my family to dinner and had the worst experience at this location. I usually order take out but decided to eat in with family. Everyone’s dinner started arriving at our table one dinner at a time. After my family got their dinner i was still waiting. After everyone at our table was done I was still waiting for my order. Unable to get someone’s attention I finally went to locate anyone working and asked what was the holdup with dinner. The girl went t the kitchen, came back and said there was miscommunication with kitchen staff. I told her to cancel the order. I went back to my table, and a couple minutes a man comes out and said “here your dinner”. Not only was my dinner very late it was not even what I ordered.
