This was my first time here. My boyfriend found the salon on yelp since I have been less than happy with my current tech.

I saw Lena and she was the sweetest. She did her very best to insure I left happy. When I got home, I noticed a few things I was unhappy with. I know I'm super picky. She stayed an hr past closing so maybe I didn't pay close enough attention as I already felt bad for being the last one.

I decided to email and ask if I could have my nails reshaped and top coat reapplied. Jenny responded to my email very quickly and apologized and offered me 2 times to come in the next day. I went back and saw James, the owner. I would have never known I was sitting with the owner. So humble.

I'm glad I emailed and gave them the chance to correct whatever I may have been unhappy with. As long as I have no breakage and they last, I will most definitely be back. James may be stuck with me.

Customer service seems to be lacking these days but this salon seems to have gotten that along with so many other...

Okay so my current nail lady moved away so I thought let me go online and find a new place with good reviews. So I came across this place, I went in to get a basic pedicure and OMG the worst pedicure I have ever got. When I tell you i was in pain I mean in pain. The filing was so rough and kept rubbing on my skin. Then she continuously kept spraying acetone on my toes probably about 4 times it burned so bad from the little cuts that she was putting on my skin then spraying acetone I literally thought I was going to pass out. I did not tip although I paid for the service I really regret paying because I been home for over an hr and my toes are still burning. Oh and to top it all off she had a client waiting on her to finish me but the client that HAD AN APPOINTMENT waited over 20 mins had to leave because she had things to do and was waiting too long.
