I was excited to stop in and possibly find a local shop to help fill my firearm wants and needs.
Welp, this wasn't it.
The first impression I gathered within 3 minutes of being there this guy had more important things going on in his phone than helping me and I was wasting my time. The fact that there wasn't anyone in the store but I had to initiate a conversation by asking, "Is it okay if I look around?" (after a long moment of silence) is bad rapport and a general awkwardness especially as a first-time customer. I still paid it no mind...
Have you ever been in a situation where your expecting professionalism, quality customer service, empathy and active listening but in return you get an employee who doesn't want to engage in conversation, acting dismissive from the jump and an overall lack of concern? I just did. Maybe my disability played a role in his negative perception? The only forward comment he asked throughout my short visit was, "Is there anymore questions?" and that was as I was walking away giggling to myself how awful this business was.
I did asked some general questions with an array more to ask. I asked about their FFL process, how much for the transfer and even if they sell used firearms but each answer I received made me feel, "less than" for even asking. The last question I asked was, "Are you the owner here?". Because I'd mention my gripes regarding the customer service to the owner. But, to my surprise, he was employee. Sheesh.
Overall, I suggest if you're passing by this place and you're thinking about stopping in, just keep it moving... like I should've.

Reply- I appreciate your feedback.
I'm grateful that you referred to the surveillance for review. I did notice your staff opened the door. But, doesn't staff have to open the door anyway? All I know is the door was locked when I checked it.
Ive already mentioned the customer service(or lack of) from my standpoint. No need to further discuss that again.

The only real discomfort I felt that you may want to improve on, is the fact that your staff followed me out of the store into general public. As I mentioned earlier, your staff was the only person in the store when I arrived. Now, from a customers point of view it felt truly awkward because I was headed to my car and was aware of my surrounding so I initially thought he was following me(might very well have been, idk). But, from an owners point of view, since you reviewed the surveillance footage, your staff left your gun store unattended. Does that not concern you, in the slightest?
Thanks again for your...
Read moreI am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your establishment in 2020. I visited your store with the intention of purchasing a firearm for home defense, as I had recently become a father for the second time and was living in an area with safety concerns.
Upon entering the store, I was ignored by the staff for 20 minutes. When I finally received attention, I inquired about a 12-gauge shotgun. The staff member pointed out a shotgun but refused to let me handle it. He then attended to other customers, leaving me waiting for another 15-20 minutes.
When I asked him for assistance again, he told me to "chill" and implied that I would not be making a purchase that day. I waited until closing time approached and then left the store. Throughout my visit, I felt that the staff intentionally ignored me.
After this experience, I visited a different establishment, where I received respectful and professional service. I hope that your business is now under new management and prioritizes providing excellent customer service.
If this is the case, I would be willing to reconsider my review. However, if the poor treatment I experienced was due to discriminatory practices, I urge you to take steps to...
Read moreIf you're a black man in Vegas and you want to be treated with the same respect as a white military or police officer this would be the best firearms company to go to many of the rest treat people of color.. very rudely standoffish and in the disregarding manner when you come to purchase firearms they pretend they don't know what you're talking about they act like they can't find it and it's out of stock and they can't order it for you but this guy treats you with respect this store treats all races to same and it's very noticeable and that's why I only shot with him I tried every other shop in this town and got treated horrifically because I dress like a street person and I'm presumed black so of course I'm stealing or not buying anything or wasting their time and they treat me horrifically but this guy is the best...
